小弟去年EE PHD毕业，现在用OPT EXTENTION工作。
公司今年帮忙申请了职位是ELECTRICAL ENGINEER的H1B，有幸被抽中，但是十月份开始
要求RFE，提供材料；大意是职位描述不是entry-level，然后我的职位electrical
engineer是偏entry-level，需要提供证明材料。
但是今天递交RFE support letter的时候居然发生了一件狗血的事情，我发现原来律师
帮忙递交的职位居然是MECHANICAL ENGINEER, 但职位描述是EE的活儿。显然是TYPO，
追问下是公司HR年初提供给律师信息的时候就搞错了（提交申请的时候并没有和我确认
，估计一般公司在递交申请的时候一般也不会问员工）。
律师的意见是让我提供上学期间和MECHANICAL ENGINEERING相关课程的材料，这个我勉
强能提供一些，毕竟PHD做东西涉及面多。但我不知道能不能糊弄过去，而且关键的问
题是我以后如果换工作，H1B TRANSFER是不是肯定会被拒（因为以后职位肯定是

的根本就是peer履行peer的职责。其实kangg兄弟说的也对，确实有些现状（包括编辑
以及审稿人）不太负责，只是一味的为了提升杂志的影响力（编辑）和为了申请绿卡积
分（审稿人）。我也有同感，有一篇稿件，作者重复使用了一模一样的以前发表了的文
章的图（不仅仅是schematic)，于是在我的审稿意见中和编辑提出来，结果我再也没有
从那个杂志收到过审稿邀请。但是我觉得即便有些杂志潮流如此，作为一个称职的审稿
人，我一点也不后悔我的决定，我做的问心无愧。不可以因为一小部分人坏了规矩，就
失去自己的把持。值得欣慰的是还是有不少杂志是严格的保证质量的，有个杂志我审了
8次，6次是直接拒（即使直接拒我也写了2页是纸的审稿意见和需要补充的地方），另
外两次是major和moderate修改意见（2页以上），之后编辑就不断的发审稿给我。我并
不反对大家分享和使用申请绿卡的“短平快”的经验，但是我想在大家审稿的时候还是

pay attentions to the things like: does it cover all the important results?
Is it fair in citing references? Is it biased? Is it correct in

part number of your reel, and call Shimano USA. Those pros have served me
quite well so far. Don't forget to ask them to include a bottle of free

分价钱一分货， 性价比比较高的150-200以上， 再往上基本是物以稀为贵的道理，
性能价格不是线性的。 轮子价格的区别首先要看材料， 材料首先分金属跟石墨碳素
（太低端的不知道什么材料外壳）， 金属的加工工艺跟石墨碳素这些完全也不一样，
有些是车削出来， 有些是铸模出来。 杯子的材料区别也很大， 做工就更不用说了，
普通杯子就一个铸件， 重量大， 外观也糙， 高档杯子一个就上百， 锻造铝合金，
外面三氧化二铝高硬度图层， 涂装也是下了功夫的漂亮设计， 打孔， 内部扩膛减轻
重量， 最轻的高档杯子一个就40g（3000系列）。 drag这个就不用说了， 20的轮跟
200的区别大了去了， 柔顺度， 最大drag标称都差远了。 bail的设计， 开合的准确
度清晰度都是区别巨大。 导线轮， stella用的DLC处理外涂层， 超市轮估计就是个铁
环， 这样长期使用， 对线的磨损度区别不言而喻。
拆过各种轮子以后， 内部就更没法说了， 超市轮一打开里面像杂货铺子， 高档轮光

乳酸和ph好像跟fatigue并没有什么相关性。不同的运动有不同的fatigue 成因，但
fatigue好像很大程度根肌蛋白Ca2+的敏感性降低（由ROS 和磷代谢引起）以及肌肉组
织Ca2+减少（磷代谢引起的磷酸钙沉淀）有关。没来得及仔细看文献，贴个Schematic
diagram吧 |
