1）很多情况。譬如：
* 去年的州退税填到联邦的1040的line 10（1040NR的line 11）算收入的话，要在加州
subtract掉。
* 联邦用了treaty，要在加州加回去。
你用1040NR就比较麻烦，因为schedule CA上的line number是对照1040的line number
的。
2）1040 schedule A和1040NR schedule A的line number不同。应该看1040 schedule
A的那些行是什么意思，跟着填1040NR schedule A的相对行。譬如，1040NR schedule
A的line 1是1040 schedule A的line 5和9；1040NR schedule A的line 2-5是1040
schedule A的line 16-19；1040NR schedule A的line 6是1040 schedule A的line 20

昨晚化时间研究了一下我的schedule K1。基本搞明白怎么回事。你收到的ishare K1中
有个sale schedule（最后一页的背面，很容易被忽视）很重要。那一页告诉你怎么算
gain(loss)。
（5）+（6） = （7）
（4）- （7） = (8) gain (loss)
我的case是虽然我在AGQ上挣了钱，可是(8)算出来还是负。
这个负数放回shedule D line 3.然后schedule K1 8放到shedule D line 5. 重算
shedule D gain or loss.这个数字就很接近真实值。
我的case schedule K1 5, 11, 13都不是0.结果还需要改1040 income, capital gain,
itemized deduction, etc..
最终schedule K1导致我的AGI 2.x$的差异。

1. F1炒股报税是不是应该填1040NR schedule NEC 而不是填schedule D， 版上有人说
如果有其它收入可以填schedule D, 但是这样税率就不是30%了。所以想确认下。
2. Schedule NEC 里 line 16 Capital Gain / Loss 如果格子不够怎么办，可以只在
line 18写个总数， 然后自己附张表记录所有的transaction吗？ 还是填两张Schedule
NEC。
还有Schedule NEC 是不是不像 Schedule D那样区分long-term 和 short-term，所有
的gain都是 30%， 如果有loss 则没法算deduction.
3. 如果1099-MISC 中的 box 8 （Substitute Payments in Lieu of Dividends of
Interest） 有收入应该填在Schedule NEC哪，可不可以和1099-DIV中的dividend合并。

schedule 1：12个月/7500迈
schedule 2：6个月/5000迈
车子主要就是湾区通勤，单程30分钟，周末去超市，高速local各一半吧。不清楚我应
该follow哪个schedule。个人倾向于schedule 1（毕竟省钱省时间），但一是担心会伤

税，请高人指点，另外可不可以用TurboTax报这个schedule K, 非常感谢 |

应该填Schedule NEC。
如果这样的话是不是1040 NR line 14的capital gain/loss就不用填了呢？甚至连
schedule D也不用填了。我填了schedule D之后在1040 NR 和schedule D instruction

第一次收到1099 misc，报税有点迷糊。在板上搜了一下，似乎应该填Schedule C-EZ，

不打算报任何business expenses， 只想最简单的报税。反正一共也没多少钱。
这种情况下，是填Schedule C-EZ， 和Schedule Short SE么？1040还能用standard

是不是意味着这个schedule k-1我可以不管？

2005年3月，美国国会把以前没用完的50000个绿卡名额拨给了Schedule A，到2006月12月，名额用完。目前护士办绿卡没有捷径，和普通EB3基本一样，但不需要申请perm。CNA，LPN不属于schedule A，只能按照普通EB3来申请绿卡，如果schedule A的名额下来对LPN也没用。护士职业移民着申请绿卡必须要持有visascreen证书。 |

的．如果通过，每年１４万的绿卡名额全给护士也不够用．因为５万Ｗ的家属是占绿卡
名额的．菲律宾和印度可是不计划生育的．现在是中国排在０２年．如果这个提案通过
，用Ｗ来的人和现在刚毕业的，６年拿绿卡是不可能的．乐观点可能是２０年． 除非
有大赦． 现在的超常排期就是因为２０００年时连续３年Ｈ１Ｂ是１９．５万．但绿
卡直到现在还是１４万，还有很多浪费．现在只有schedule A 可以救护士．请大家注
意shedule A 的提案．上届国会有２个护士提案．一个就是Ｗ签证．另一个是schedule
A. 只有schedule A 才有用！这就是为什么有这么多人反对．如果是schedule A的提
案，支持率就会很高．请大家去投反对票罢！
另外还想提一下，反对外国护士的最多的理由是语言问题．但这一点对美国毕业生不是
问题．如果给议员，学校，医院写信的话，将美国毕业生单列的提案会被多数人接受，
容易通过． |

上由他自己睡，中间喂两次夜奶。
可是，我怎么知道什么时候这个schedule对宝宝不适用了呢？比如他只需要每4小时吃
一次奶，但是我还是10点喂他，那不就永远都改不过来么？
还有，如果要进入4小时schedule,肯定不能立刻改。如果是每3。5小时什么的，因为不
能整除24，时间就对不上了。怎么办？
我知道我的问题很教条。不过希望有经验的妈妈指点一下。 |
