Actually the Garmin-ready version includes 20-30 pre-defined workouts and 12
-week schedule sticks to your calendar. Once you import it to Garmin
Training Center and sync to your watch, you can simply navigate to 'traning'
->'workout'->'scheduled' menu then select the scheduled workout you planned
for today. But for Garmin watch, at least for 610, only 10 scheduled workouts can be stored at a time(start from current date).
