比如一个礼拜
到小学里教几天，一天从几点到几点一般有没有明确指定。我问的一个education
program，他们的
实习教学要求每个weekday去他们指定的一所小学里教，每天8到12点,一个礼拜共计20
小时，历时两
个学期。我觉得他们把schedule定得死死的，我很难fit这个时间，所以想请问一下，
不知这种情况是
不是很普遍。不知这位前辈实习时具体是什么样一个schedule.谢谢。 |

去年我面试的时候基本没太考虑call schedule,说实在的call schedule到现在我也觉
得不是太重要,但是大家既然在提,我就谈谈我知道的几类call
传统型:就是那种30小时的大夜班,从第一天早上值到第二天中午.ACGME有规定不能连续
超过30小时,所以这种也就是最长的了.你在网站上能查到QN call,也就是N天轮一个夜班
新潮型:近些年night float异军突起,一般是晚上开始值班到第二天早上下班,大概12小
时,白天回家睡觉,就这么连续值上1,2,...N周不等,白天收病人又是另外的team,又分
short call, long call,以收病人的截至时间来划分
多金型:现在内科都有cap,如果病人太多收不过来怎么办?会有替补住院上,这时候就有
区别了,有的program替补是白干,一分都没有;有的地方就叫 moonlight within
institution, 60-80$/hr.听说有的住院专挑过年过节的时候干,一晚上下来1000多刀入帐
教育型:有的地方是住院病人有教学意义才让on call住院医生收,剩下的病人,比如

I am easily get tired from traveling (not too bad though), so, I would like your suggestions about the scheduling. I don't think I will get a lot of IVs, so that I need to take every chance seriously.
Is one IV per week workable?
I need to focus on CK exam in Oct and maybe early Nov, so that I prefer to schedule all my potential IVs afterwords. Will Dec OK for cold city like Wisconsin?

问题是还要不要排队以"第三类优先"等绿卡。 如果有工卡但无绿卡是对的话，如何

Today's schedule for me so far:
Clinic started at 9am, I finished at 4 pm. Lunch time I drove to hospital
for seeing the inpatient.
I had 28 patients scheduled and saw 21. In hosptial, I saw 7 patients
including 3 new patients.
After 4 pm, I just need to finish all notes and dictations left over. Takes
2 hours possibly.
No calls for me. This is a nice part.

some other reasons. But the surgeon insisted that he or an operation room is
unvailable for an earlier date.
Is there any suggestion in persuading the surgeon to schedule my surgery
earlier?

但是 ford 只提供三年的 part warranty，如果不买 dealer scheduled service
package，就需要自己找维护的地方了吧？根据 dealer 说的，如果某个部件需要维护
，就会亮灯，然后必须找维护的地方，否则部件坏掉的话可能 ford warranty 就不管
了……是不是真的？ |
