There are still plenty available at the apple store. Please don't encourage
people to buy iPads on spec and sell them for more than they're worth. Folks

美利坚合众国第二百四十个独立节之日，重温了一下当时美国立国时杰弗逊起草的《独
立宣言》。
每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛
弃了大不列颠的君王统治，建立起美利坚这样一个伟大的国家。
一切似乎都是上帝赐予的：这块土地上不仅有雄伟壮观的东部阿普拉契山脉及西部的落
基山脉，而且有着从广袤无际的大草原到美丽宽阔的大海洋，这富绕的土地难道不是一
种恩赐吗？是的，不过上帝恩赐给地球的土地也不仅限于美利坚，算算美利坚的土地面

的现状，两院互相抵触拆台，通过的议案少之又少。
我更喜欢的是“Juan Williams: Republican leaders must keep Tea Party on the
run”所做的分析。有这样几点：
1.共和党参众两院领导人Boehner和McConnel现在正处于要终止茶党在共和党政治未来
上的死亡支配地位的态势。债务上限谈判的达成防止了共和党的政治自杀。
2.抵抗茶党会遭到右翼的攻击，但会将共和党的团队带进历史，赢得未来的选举。

本人NIW批准在排队中。在MITBBS上感觉对移民改革讨论得不多，似乎是一件跟中国人
没啥关系的事情。有人认为移改是为非法移民度身订造的，就目前排队的一万多人来说真
是和1千多万非移没法相提并论，不过很显然，无论过去还是现在都不可能出现一千多
万合法非法的亚裔移民的情况的，所以，很奇怪为什么现在的EB2为啥不是很关注这趟
移改直通车，都能走EB1A吗？那还叫EB1A吗？现在的移改形势似乎趋于明朗，也略呈乐
观，估计非移公民之路绝了，但是身份可以合法，倒是即给共和党在西裔人前卖了好，
还坏了民主党票仓的大计，而民主党也没有铁定的理由完全否定共和党的做法，毕竟移
民法律的现状是崩坏的，美国经济复苏，用人在即，不能不算现实的压力。来自保守派
