因为你分离fibroblast的操作就不是一个很consistent 的过程，
而且大部分proliferation assay 的S/N也很低。
最最重要的一点是：你是否都是在scarce culture 里面作的proliferation assay？
如果你的细胞系是在dense culture 里做的话，会引入sensitivity to contact
inhibition 这个因素，会导致非常大的误差。
如果你不同细胞之间的culture density 不一样的话那就更完蛋了，根本就没有
办法直接比较。
