发帖数: 102 | 28 非常感谢！很中肯的意见。流量实际在年初已经超过这个数字。但是因为出现上面说的修改后出现的cpu消耗过大的问题，导致账户被停止几次，最后换到了这个dedicated的服务器上。几次折腾让访问量下降了很多，而且为了节省资源，基本上不得不将几乎所有的主要搜索引擎屏蔽掉。的确，网站架构的Scalability和服务的稳定性都非常重要，不解决这个问题，要假设大规模的网站是比较困难的。目前因为正在排查问题过程中，调整的空间有限，需要平衡压缩率和cpu消耗水平，所以压缩方面也用得比较保守。我个人感觉在performance上提高的空间还是很大的。
也非常同意发展策略方面的建议，所以虽然现在架子铺得很大，但实际的投入（网站建设和推广），都集中在几个子网站上，希望能在点上有所突破，带来更多的资源。除此之外，在目前资源有限的情况下，另外一个重点还是在想办法解决Scalability和稳定性的基础上，开发更为核心的功能和业务，直接为中小企业用户创造价值。现在这个平台基本上只能算是个信息交流平台，有了这些核心模块，就能一步步转为服务平台，解决中小企业的实际需求。

潮是在04,05年开始的, 那时候craigslist受到好评如潮, 被证明是个成功的商业模型,
于是创业潮从两个方向开始, 一个是把这个商业模型推广到别的国家去,算是填补空白
, kijiji就是例子, 那时候中国同时出现了十多个有相当规模的网, 小的更多, 很多都
有资金支持, 当然现在剩下得就那几个了.有的做得还不错, 还有一个方向是在美国把
craigslist的服务深挖, 改进, 比如Oodle, 当时还有很多各种角度的, 这个方向的大
部份都死了, 剩下的不死不活的.
现在再进入, 市场壁垒已经很高了, 基本上很难了, 很多想法很多人已经试过失败了.

如果我每次5个IWMoptions，每周赚250，80%可能性，赚500元，可能性10%，不赚需要

MSFT是在走下坡路时困兽犹斗，整个公司的culture 决定了大伙都是在混日子养老，上
层只是希望能够延续以前的廉价产品打败对手从而占据市场份额的老思路，从而对创新
熟视无睹，也基本上没有创新的环境。Windows几十年的Codebase也不会从头更新来应
付网络的挑战。很多网络的瓶颈最后都卡在这一块，比如Bing Search ，其根本问题是
infrastructure 的问题，scalability 和performance始终无法突破瓶颈，因为还是沿
用用单机的操作系统内核。
而反观Google， 是蒸蒸日上的技术新贵，因为没有旧的历史桎梏，一切都可以大开大
合，从头瞄准网络的应用做最佳设计，从硬件到软件都是自己从头设计，达到最佳的
scalability 和performance,这就是为什么它每一个产品都是充满创意和冲击力。
我听说Windows 即使是64 bit 也最多只能有 1TB 的内存，但是 Google自己设计的
Bigtable可以把整个网络的网页都载入内存，一台机器可以有好几个TB的物理内存。。

software 讲求测试再测试，等问题95%以上都解决了，才能放出去。service是说做一
个东西，80%甚至70%能够行，那就先放出去。以后再慢慢的解决问题。具体来说，这一

千快阿！够我在国内奢侈好几个月的。

谷歌扫描晚几天update“索引数据库”没人感觉得出来；脸书帖个照片别人几天后才能
看到不用混了。
如果谷歌的复杂度是O(N)；那么脸书的复杂度是O(NxN)。
难度不在一个档次。 |

will be able to get it all recovered from another location.
You can use cloud service to do many things. To store data, and/or to
compute, and/or to host service. There are many advantages including very
