当天然组织受损，比如伤口，断骨，血管破裂，需要有物理支持的都要用到Scaffold，当
新的组织生长的时候，Scaffold最好以匹配的速度降解。Suture，bone pin 都可以被称
为Scaffold， 但现在一般用来指tissue culture 中给cell
支持，提供生长空间的highly porous biodegradable polymer matrix

而是花钱去research facility做的，质谱的结果后来用Scaffold文件的格式返回给我。
我的Scaffold文件里面的蛋白是用NCBI的gi number来代表的。 我发现好多蛋白对应有
多个
NCBI的gi number。比如说蛋白XYZ，里面对应的是gi|123456, gi|24680, gi|13579,
gi|9876543， 如果在scaffold里面选择用excel导出：就变成了
Identified Portein Accession Number
XYZ gi|123456(+3)
而不是gi bunumber四个都显示。
我想请教一下大家，有没有什么办法够批量的导出所有的gi numbers？
我是希望做一下Gene Ontology的分析，不过用了Panther以后发现有的gi number有对
应的蛋白ontology信息，有的没有，所以想全部看一下！

是brushed nickel颜色
如果需要高梯子，轰地炮有scaffold租，大概70刀吧（记不清了），可以自己用
minivan或者SUV拖回来，有12到15尺高。如果在普通的高度自己装过灯或者吊扇的话，
上scaffold装也不是什么难事，不过装灯最好两人一起上，有个人帮手一下会顺利很多 |

为太简单了，不会的东西也不愿意学，因为太难了，感觉她的ZPD很窄。能不能讲一些

1，Titrate out some molecules：比如信号通路里的scaffold proteins。比如A分子
激活C分子，scaffold molecule B扮演A与C连接分子的角色。没有B，A和C不能结合，
导致C无法被活化。B过量，导致AB和CB复合物增加，ABC复合物减少，C无法被激活。
2，Mislocalization：比如某分子A控制细胞极性，通常定位在细胞某一端。超量表达
该分子，导致其定位混乱，致使细胞极性被破坏。没有该分子，当然细胞极性也会被破

一些粗浅的理解。
首先，药物分子水平的机理太复杂，结构能看的就是，药物小分子和一种蛋白在某个位
点上的相互作用有哪些。就这些信息，仍然受很多因素的影响，很多时候都不是致命一
击，比如小分子affinity低，占有率低，或结构分辨率低，就会有很多问题，如果小分
子太小，fit电子密度可能性有很多种，或小分子太大，不是所有的部分都有清晰的密
度，这个时候就很难讲，在这上面出错的结构有很多。结构不能揭示的药物分子机理就
太多了，药物怎么代谢的（往往很多药物代谢底物才是真正结合靶点的小分子），怎么
进细胞或怎么上膜，即便是跟靶蛋白，小分子进入和离开靶蛋白的kinetics，on rate
和off rate，进入binding site的整个process（first binding site，secondary
binding site etc）都是静态结构不能看到的，而这些信息很多时候才是重要的，比如
对于很多药物，其进入binding site的通道或过程往往决定其特异性，而不是结构看到

司。他们是作de-differentiation的。de-differentiation基本原理是：较低级的动物，
象海星都有自修复的功能，如断了一肢，能自己长出来。人小的时候，如果断了一个趾头
，也可以自己长，但过了一个magical的日子，这种能力就消失了。他们发现了一种办法
，能够唤醒细胞的这种自修复的记忆，可以把分化了得fibroblast即皮肤细胞有转化成st
em cell。
Tissue Engineering的步骤变成了，如果断了一个手，就可以从他的皮肤上提取少量
的细胞，转化成stem cell，然后在放在scaffold里(当然要我们的heterogenerous的)，
利用scaffold在三维释放出不同区域的growth factor, signaling molecules。促使它们
转化成血管，皮肤，骨骼，神经等组织。然后就是一只完整的手

我PhD的老板是第一个，问了老板一下她一口答应了。
因为是fresh phd,没啥network，有限认识的几个人里觉得这两个比较合适：
A教授，牛校牛教授，老板闺蜜，每年至少来我lab访问一次，每次我都会做
presentation给她，从第一次见面到现在都有四年了，我今年发表的一篇文章还挂了她
的名字。
B教授，牛校牛教授，我们lab的collaborator,去年我师姐生孩子，我接她的工作帮B教
授组做了几个月上游的工作，为他们提供scaffold来养stem cell. 和B教授meet和
discuss过几次，她也邀请我参加他们组的outing活动。
我个人觉得和这两个人的关系参合做我的referee,昨天就发了两封email简单介绍了我
正在申请的职位，需要三个推荐人，一两句话概括了和她们之间的来往经历，然后客气
询问她们是否可以做我的referee,balabala....
结果，出乎我意料的是，两人到现在都没有理我。。。。这俩人以前我以前向他们汇报

又突然发现自己读博士时的文章引用数量可观 想要尝试eb1
各位老师有没有审稿机会 我之前做的研究是biomanufacturing的 就是在tissue
engineering这个巨大大的交叉学科里 专门研究做tissue scaffold的。 制造方向，
microfluidic方向，以及tissue engineering 方向都有涉猎。各位大神如果有审核稿
机会请通知一下我。 我不嫌弃if低。
