"Differentiation of human embryonic stem cells on three-dimensional polymer
scaffolds".
想和大家探讨一下：
1)这篇文章新在什么地方？3D的scaffold做tissue engineering，加上一大堆growth
factor,然后表征一下，不知道什么地方出彩。2)选择加什么growth factor有依据吗？
为什么选这几种？3)大家有没有这种感觉：对於各种stain和RT-PCR来characterize
种类繁多的tissue,感觉有些头大？需要太多生物背景了。 | b**s

experience.
2) Also tissue are too complicated to understand, you have to work form
simple to complex.
3) This semester I have taken two courses, "advanced cell and molecular
biology" and "introductory immunology", I was totally lost in the classes
...this is the price
