PNAS, Oct 28th, 2003.
"Differentiation of human embryonic stem cells on three-dimensional polymer
scaffolds".
想和大家探讨一下:
1)这篇文章新在什么地方?3D的scaffold做tissue engineering,加上一大堆growth
factor,然后表征一下,不知道什么地方出彩。2)选择加什么growth factor有依据吗?
为什么选这几种?3)大家有没有这种感觉:对於各种stain和RT-PCR来characterize
种类繁多的tissue,感觉有些头大?需要太多生物背景了。

1) 'Cause it is called tissue ENGINEERING, some time you have to rely on
experience.
2) Also tissue are too complicated to understand, you have to work form
simple to complex.
3) This semester I have taken two courses, "advanced cell and molecular
biology" and "introductory immunology", I was totally lost in the classes
...this is the price
