effort should have been exempt from the generic anti-discrimination
protection, since essentially every cake is a unique creation.

对现有的 procedure/routine， 总是觉着不好。 试图改进/改变。 但在管理者眼里，
这种不按部就班的人，都是傻叉， safety hazard。
跟那个王银一样。 老邱和王银，总想改变现有的 procedure/routine， 所以很快就会
被辞退。

智商 110 以下的毛坦厂靠射墙力度去拚 140 以上的 AIME ，毛坦厂记忆力都不行，记
不住再自虐也不行。
智商 120 的去 真正的AIME考场 靠射墙力度拼智商 150 的 USAMO，非常非常难。原因
虽然 AIME 的题目每次都在一个大框架里面，但 AIME 每年的题目是新出的，而不是历
年题库里选。
但智商 120 的去 interview 靠射墙去拚 USAMO，这个其实是有可能的。。。因为
interview 里面所谓的 ACM-ICPC 题目，基本不可能像每年 AIME 竞赛一样去新设计题
目，都是历年考题的旧题。。。而 non-routine 的 puzzle 题不是 routine 题，需要
凑得刚刚巧，还得能合理猜测，还得放陷阱。。。puzzle 题很难形成海量题库（出题
人集体脑力有限），所以 120 反而更能拚题型记忆力。
这就是为啥父母版的海量推妈们基本号称 AIME 接近满分，但其过去高中数学竞赛基本
连送分题都没做对过。。。因为海量推妈们接近满分的是过去的 AIME，接近零分的是
