定命运的roster们套瓷有没有什么正面作用。当然直接讨论proposal是非法的。但是写
个EMAIL问问好，会议上主动套套瓷，或者邀请他们做个seminar什么的。这样的方式这
样的时候可能会比较敏感。不知道作这些会不会有负面作用或者正面作用。
特别想听听那些曾经做过panel roster的老师们怎么看这个问题。

和人谈交易的感觉是非常好的，讨价还价，据理力争要比每天扫一眼自由球员市场，
然后拣个球员要有趣多了。
而且扩大roster空间，可以做research的余地更多了。比如你要做trade就要详细
研究对方需要什么，缺什么。那些球员对对方来说可以cash，哪些不可以。
还有，roster空间大了，你就可以play长线，囤积现在看来不起眼的球员，但你
认为将来可以耀眼的。
另外roster空间大，可以给manage的余地其实多多了。比如你现在完全可以在某些
position上platoon。这样即使你有些位置上缺乏非常好的球员，也可以通过
platoon来弥补。
另外也给大家很多second-guess的机会。
对于新警察来说，拣自由球员也许是很有乐趣的，但我可以告诉你，当你懂更多
之后，针对不同的对手选择不同的lineup，做各种potential的trade，乐趣会更多。 |

DL或者叫做Disabled List，中文叫伤病名单。主要的作用是把受伤不能出赛
的球员放在上面，不占roster spot，球队可以用其他球员来取代他们在roster
上的位置，以免球队人手不足。
MLB里面DL有两种，一种是15-day DL，另外一种是60-day DL。放在15-day
DL上的球员至少15天不能出战，60-day DL则为60天。放在DL上的时间没有上
限。对于去做Tommy John手术的同学们，在DL上放个一年半载是等闲的事情。
当然一般球员如果只是小伤，几天就好的话，就不用放上去了。
DL是retroactive的，也就是计算天数的时候从你没比赛的第一天开始。所以
球队如果有球员受伤，除非是确信肯定不成的，一般不会立刻放进DL，而是
等几天看看好不好。如果不好再放也不迟。比如球员A 5/2比赛中受伤，5/3
之后都没有上场，那么球队如果5/10把他放进DL，那么实际天数仍然从5/3开
始算起，这样15天后的5/18这个球员就能出来了。

这是一份五年的合同.
规定好, 在第一天, PM就拿$20M的签约金.
在第一个夏训营开始前, 如果他在大名单里(理所当然的),
又拿$3M的roster bonus.
最后2011年$X M的底薪, 在17个星期的赛季里每周给一张支票.
所以这份合约的所谓"guaranteed money", 就是$(20+3+X)M.
这个合同还规定, 在2011年赛季的超级碗结束后三天(2012/2/8),
到2012NFL年份开始的前5天(2012/03/08), 这30天里,
如果PM一直都还在扣子队里, 要再付给他$28M, 也是叫roster bonus.
如果过了03/08, PM还在扣子队, $28M又没有付给他,
那么必须在两天之内(03/10之前), 付$28M给他,
只是不叫"roster bonus"了, 改叫"non-excercise fee".
这个就是非付不可的了, 不能再把他放走了事.
那么, 扣子是不是可以和PM谈判,
把这个03/08, 03/10的期限推后, 再做考虑呢?

到没有football，没有baseball，没有basketball等等的小学校，倒是在D1 网球学校。
2 每个学校roster好像不能超过10还是12个人，其中奖学金不能超过8人还是10人。大
概有2，3个walk in，UF男子roster 10个人，加上教练助理教练和manager一共16人。
会有些临时陪练，比如我一个羽毛球球友，（当时他初学羽毛球，希望我和他打，答应
教我网球），他曾经拿到其他学校网球奖学金，但是他更喜欢UF，就来UF，但是不够资
格进UF校队，也不是walk in，但是每周固定2天去当免费陪练。他水平应该至少是
solid 5.0，（UF前三单打应该是6.0，后面的也有5.5） 所以比较难以想象如果是比较
solid的网球program会找4.0的做陪练，更不要说是在roster里了。 |

处化验。结果出来后，我们被告知有可能是白血病，所以我们尽快的对他进行了骨髓化
验，这样在和熊津的比赛中，stats就代替violet出任先锋。
即使在那时我们都认为这很可能是一个错误，一旦骨髓化验结果出来，一切都会变好的

asked to submit their roster of team members, which will be compared to the
Team rosters on file. Each Captain will be given wristbands for their team
members to wear during the regatta.
There will be a Captain’s meeting at 7 AM.
The first race will take place at 8:00 AM. Prior to the race, the start time
for each team’s race will be posted on this site.
