发帖数: 81 | 1 刚刚投了一个R01 proposal。现在study section roster出来了。不知道和这些即将决
定命运的roster们套瓷有没有什么正面作用。当然直接讨论proposal是非法的。但是写
个EMAIL问问好，会议上主动套套瓷，或者邀请他们做个seminar什么的。这样的方式这
样的时候可能会比较敏感。不知道作这些会不会有负面作用或者正面作用。
特别想听听那些曾经做过panel roster的老师们怎么看这个问题。
