For every game he is on the 53 men roster, he will get 1/16 of the 9M. For
every game he is suspended, he will lose 1/16 of it. Basically he is being
paid on a game by game base.

也少了3米多。如果打得好的话，可以找另外一个合同高的underperform的人砍来腾空
间，或者直接续约把roster bonus改成signon bonus，往后一摊，cap hit就下来了。
总之牛仔有最大的自由度。
还有workout bonus那么多，又没有签字金，牛仔可以在狗戴尔下处罚后马上砍掉，一
分钱都不用给。
还有基本工资给的很低，有人说NFL的处罚罚款是跟工资有关的，跟bonus无关，这样停
赛罚款的话，也罚不了几个钱。（当然少的roster bonus是大头，不过这钱是Jerry
Jones省下来的。
而罚款是Jerry Jones付了钱，但被捐到慈善机构的）
反正里面学问挺多。当然玩的太有创意的话，也容易不小心玩爆21点。

total: 1.5+25*4=101.5M for 5 years
avg: 101.5/5=20.3M/yr
new money avg: 25m/yr
If total avg:

AR's NFL highest new money avg is 22M/yr. Either way, RW's asking price

想要win now，腾空间，就给signon bonus，把cap hit 往后推，控制不好雪球滚大了
，就会象圣人这两年，要gut roster清仓大甩卖。
想要重建，为以后腾空间，就给roster bonus，cap hit今年全记账上，以后几年拿低
工资，把cap room腾出来签其他人。
这俩有一样的危险，就是球员underperform了，不得不提前砍人的话，会留下一大笔死
钱。
这俩都有一个得益者，就是球员，大笔现金upfront，袋袋平安。球队要换来cap room
flexibility，代价就是more upfront cash to players。
其它的操作也是围绕怎么挪cap hit的，那属于微调。绿湾这种民营企业，求稳为主，
基本保持cap 和 cash同步，付多少现金，就有多少cap hit。但不等于不操作cap，而
是如果这个球员前挪后移了，就在另外球员里hedge回来。 |

没有，好多人在找着去退款，但是店不开门退不了。DROS了一半的要cancel掉。还有一
哥们说订了两个手枪运到他们那里，他们没开门，ups把枪送到对面/旁边的店然后两把
