serve：sampras， federer 老桑的发球姿势绝对是趋于完美的，从抛球到拉拍击球，真
的有气灌长虹的感觉，难怪ATP的标志都是以老桑发球姿势为参照的。现在的roddick发球
姿势太难看了，象只兔子一样。至于把federer放在这里实在是因为他的发球和老桑非常
相似，虽然威力不及老桑鼎盛时期，但和老桑刚出道时比有过之而无不及。
volley: klajicek klajicek的volley是经典教科书式的，呵呵，当年没有伤病的时候可
是老桑的克星呀。
forehand: guga, fererro 底线击球最好看的绝对是红土专家，只有在红土上才能练出大
开大阖的动作，guga和fererro这一老一新红土王，正手动作几乎如出一则，随挥大到几
乎能让对手看到自己背部的地步。记得2000年法网半决赛Guga vs fererro的那一场，比
赛中间插播同一角度拍摄的guga和fererro正手慢动作，几乎一摸一样。
backhand: guga 反手最好看的肯定是单手拉，现在一个个双反跟锄地似的，guga虽然现
在由于伤病，成绩有所下降，不过我们还是能够经常 |

Mirnyi if he pass the first round. I pick the winner of the two for the semi.
2nd section is probably the easiest. Ferrero should kill himself if he didn't

底线抽球常常能不输于agassi。在他网前的压力下，agassi不得不常常调高球。
可是打到后来失误开始增多。agassi的非受迫失误也开始增多。这场比赛对agassi
的体力，技术和心理都是很大的考验。如果不是dent最后因伤退出的话，鹿死谁手

1.比赛转播总是以美国选手为目标，看的我这个郁闷啊。
裁判基本还可以，边线判断一般，出现误判好几次。呵呵。。一般闹的都是美国选手。以
卡普里亚蒂为首，而且很有效。外国选手有意见就不一定有作用了--分还是要不回来。解
说录像观众都很美国化。

2.谈谈选手.
喜欢死Roger Federer了，“天才派”第一人。看他打球是艺术享受。看别人的基本没感
觉。

the court. Avoid allowing him to hit his favorite shot, the inside-out
forehand. Slice your BH to either the crosscourt service box which forces him
to hit a BH (and thus avoiding his inside-out forehand, or down the line...his
forehand is less lethal from this court position than inside out. This also
opens up the court so you can force him to hit his weaker backhand ON THE RUN.

我觉得首先要找到适合自己的发球姿势。比如我很长时间觉得自己发球姿势很土。教学录
像说要双臂如果蝴蝶打开，从身后引拍。我是双臂从身前提起。但是这个姿势我觉得很有
效，就一直坚持。直到Roddick出道，居然也是这个姿势，我大感扬眉吐气。我的发球占
位也有两种，开始是侧着站，最近开始练习正面站。一定要找到自己感觉舒服的姿势。
技术角度，我的体会发球有两个关键，
一是发球一定要有上旋，top spin.就是打球的上部，拍面一45度角向上刷，然后在往侧
下压。美国教练教小孩子，让他们坐在地上把球发过去。他们在干什么呢，他们在逼小孩
子们用top spin把球打过去。美国教练教小孩子真有一套。
二是抛球的位置，一定要在身前，不能偏。这个技术你可以反复抛球练习，直到始终可以
抛到你舒服的位置。也有人建议贴着墙练习，球容易抛直。
练习发球开始要focus在动作要领上，不要追求力量。等找到了正确的pattern,要天天练
习重复同样pattern直到巩固。
以后就是高级阶段了。比如力量，打点，心理调剂。比如我现在发现我在领先时发球质量 |

ADAL叫老道，球技也显着老到，露出夺冠的凶相。
FEDERER又称费大拿，每次比赛自然是老大。
反面的例子比如俺的落第客ANDY RODDICK，比较难中举。还有可怜儿CORIA，能得冠军
确实俺稀奇ANCIC。

这次去us open才发现，mm们几乎都一致的喜欢marat.
可惜，几天下来都没看到他。 C&C's LD 更是寻他两年而不过。
我和marat从01年开始。
01年，我回中国，那时他left wrist injury, 可能在中国玩？
一天中午，我和ld在北京新东方广场吃饭，熟悉北京的都知道，那儿可不是什么luxury
的地方。
其实就是个大食堂。
我在等菜的人群里一眼就认出了marat,

球场的真面目，在11点都过了的情况下，我们还是兴致勃勃的去看了全天的最后一场比
赛的最后一盘：Blake vs Moya。进场前在高高的扶梯上拍了一下整个national tennis
center的夜景，进去后才发现果然是个很宏大的球场，看台太高都让我担心底下的球
员有受压迫的感觉（难怪毛毛说在这个球场打球很难concentrate），此刻居然超过90
％的观众都在坚守阵地：除了roddick，就只有blake还保留着美国人的希望了。Blake
正手真正了得，霸气十足，气势如虹，难怪tennis杂志说他有冠军相（写到这里他已经
进了八强，但是要遇到费德勒了，嘿嘿）。Moya果然很帅，实力还是很强，感觉不像典
型的喜欢多拍对拉的红土选手，有一种愿意早点打出winner结束一分的倾向，可能和耗

抢七都仅赢两分。不过这也是费天王可怕之处，不管遭遇什么样的对手，不管对手发挥
多好，他总有办法赢。下场的对手是Ginepri，此人今天淘汰了罗卜雷多。费天王半决
赛的对手将是萨芬和那班的胜者。萨芬轻取黑马，值得表扬。要知道萨芬这个赛季刀下
不斩无名之鬼，经常干掉牛人后马上被无名之鬼干掉。这匹黑马能淘汰图资捏夫和布雷

doubt if the last win over Ljubicic is good or not. There are several
reasons he should lose this match:
1) Knowing he was already in the semis after the match between Roddick and
Nalbandian, he need to save some energy for the next match. It would be a

2) It is very likely that Nadal will rank second in Golden group. With the
embrassing records against Nadal, how much chance can he have? He should get

extreme short angle serve, you move out of the double side line and step in
the baseline too. dok serve a semi down-the-line (that is, the T corner)
that can catch you off guard. although it's not as straight as one that's
served from the center of court. it's still hard to get to.
speed of serve of course matters for returners regardless how high level you

发帖数: 76 | 36 Gonzo和去年的Bagdatis正手有点像。去年Bagdatis把Roddick打得满地找牙，全靠
正手刁钻的快速winner。他和Gonzo不同的是他更多是正手cross court而不是insi
deout。但两人都有同样的局限，这种爆发力的正手是不可能一板接着一板的，否则
就不符合物理规律了，因为每一板之前都需要足够时间使拍子挥到这么快。他们都
能随便打出160公里以上的正手球，但只要对手能把球挡回来，不是慢速的削球，基
本没法打出第2个。当然这个只要只有Federer能高质量做出来，许多球都是完全靠
手感，手腕把球硬兜回来的。
昨天的比赛第一盘的破发实际也有点偶然。其实Federer打得不差，不过他比较怕风
，破发的那局连续三个正手出界都是很容易的球，有比较大的风的时候他自己也说
经常timing不好。那年雅典奥运就是在狂风中输给了Berdych，后来他还抱怨雅典这
个破场地，呵呵。
Gonzo只能打成这样了，后两盘一点机会都没有，两盘在Federer的发球局好像一共
才得7－8分左右。反手只能削，Federer就反手对反手，一球比一球拉得歪，最后等
到一个浅一点的球就正手一 |

这样一个格局。
小费镇守的1/4区另外一个高位种子不是第七就是第八，第七是Berdych,第八是Murray.
Murray能否出战尚存疑问。另外两个应该是11位和13位，衰哥罗卜托和病号哈斯。
去年4号，8号，12号，14号在上半区。看起来DJOKOVIC和Gasquet, Youznhy在一起。但
是前年3号种子落在这个半区。一号对三号还是四号是抽签决定的吗？

06上半年彻底失败，下半年换了教练之后有所起色顺便说一句，现在看来当初炒吉尔伯
特的鱿鱼是多么的错误！），美网进决赛，练了练笨拙可笑的上网，年终时趁天王打盹
差点儿将费大拿掀翻，于是又漂漂然，先是训斥了笑话自己上网难看的中国记者，然后
就认为自己和费牛没有什么差距了，好像下一个大满贯在向自己招手了。
07年澳网被费天王彻底打回原形，现在连和费牛过手的机会都没有了，不但对新生代毫
无办法，输给５０名开外的选手也不是新闻。现在发球彻底失灵，底线磨不过纳达尔，
上网更象笑话。越来越看不到再夺大满贯的可能。
现在唯一可炫耀的是和萨纷争一争现役球员谁最帅，或谁更Loser吧！

开幕式当天还有sampras 和 safin 的表演赛，可惜safin有伤不能来，就由Hass替代乐。
为了一睹sampras的风采，决定第一次去现场看球。其实我是小费的粉丝，可惜他没来。
我是USTA的member，如果看day session的话可以买一送一，很是合算。 不过夜场一般
有种子选手出场，比较精彩。 票价 46， side line lower， 感觉还可以，其实side
line upper我觉得看得也很清楚，要便宜多乐。而且发现随时间推移，很多下面的好位
置就空出来乐，就是说你可以买很便宜的票，座很好的位置。
第一次现场看球发现professional就是不一样，第一是球回得很深很刁，二是这球速
真是高得震撼。不由感叹这辈子是到不了这境界乐。争取到4。5到5。0就很满足乐。
sampras和Hass得比赛比较水，Hass肯定没尽力，或者说sampras发球太好乐，Hass基
本上没有抓到破发点。Sampras赢得很轻松，不得不说他得v |

Forehand:
1. Ad. court Forehand inside-out
闪身正手cross court. 其实Down the line打得也很好。
2. Duce court Running Forehand cross court (球拍在头顶follow through)
小德和穆雷现在这一招也很纯熟了。看过一些老桑的比赛里也使过。
Backhand:
1. Ad. court Backhand passing shot
Roddick最清楚这一招，每次上网几乎都被穿。当然这一侧最强passing shot还是Nadal
，毕竟人家是正手。穆雷也迅速成长起来。
2. Ad. court Running Backhand down the line
经典例子是08温网第四盘抢七里救了一个championship point.
Head smash:
反手高压。
这个值得说说。没有人能使到哪怕接近于费费的球速和落点。但这基本是个冷门技术，
几场比赛也难得碰到一个。使得好的是天赋，使得不好也不必练。07年温网和0 |
