FREMONT, Calif.—Authorities are investigating an armed robbery at a Fremont
technology firm by 15 masked gunmen who made off with computer parts.
Fremont police say the robbers tied up, blindfolded and gagged several
employees on the loading dock of Unigen Corp. on Sunday morning. They were
wearing matching black clothing and armed with automatic rifles and handguns.

with their gun right after they got to Truoung, so it left him no option but
to fight back. And looks like he did shoot one of the robbers, so a gun
malfunction is likely. Whether it is the guns issue, or ammo, or operator

“啊？！！”
原来昨天吃午饭前有两人持枪抢劫了附近一家BOA,然后逃窜到我们住的这一带，警察通
知了附近的医院学校等机构，他们小学也luckdown了，门窗紧闭，禁止大声喧哗，儿子
班的娃娃们都躲在了他们老师office里，娃还说bank robber在他们学校的playground
，他们很害怕，要躲起来不能被看见，否则bank robber会shoot他们,后来警察来把
bank robber从playground抓走了。
我一开始还琢磨真的假的？然后问朋友，再查email，发现娃说的除了最后一句都对(实
际上是还没抓着)，看来老师给娃娃们讲的还挺清楚的，娃记忆着么深刻。
我赶紧趁机教育娃要是在街上遇到armed robber，一定交钱保命。
从来没觉得这种可怕的事情能发生的离自己这么近，大家都是咋对孩子进行危机教育的

我听我朋友说过一个事情,不知道对不对,南非政府规定,每个办公大楼必须要25%的面积
给黑人办公用,鼓励创业,而且还是免费的.黑人不知道在里面做什么,很多都在贩卖毒品
.严重影响了白人的生意.因为办公楼是白人建的,后来白人就干脆整个楼都给关了.所以
约堡有很多空着的大楼.
在开普敦呆了十天，说下感受
治安：
但是治安差（其实在南非算好的），一开始我们出去的时候总觉得哪里怪怪的，后来朋
友一说才发现，就我们带了包，南非人上街了什么几乎不带包（背包除外）。因为太过
危险了，容易被抢或者盯上，还有个比较难过的事，南非的中国人最不信任的是中国人
，在路上遇到中国人，普遍不睬对方，有搭讪的，估计是对方刚来南非不久，在这里生
活的中国人虽然也有中国朋友，但是很少会有过深的交往，我朋友说他们虽然有时有聚

house, to shoot twice: once at the robber and then at the cieling. Then he
was told when the police arrive to explain he fired twice, a warning shot (

Thief和Robber都是把东西从物主那里拿走。所不同的是小偷不涉及force。一旦用了
force,性质就变了。就是Robber了。
而黑人去便利店先偷，再蛮横地把前来干涉的店主脖领子纠起来再推搡就已经使用了
force了。所以是抢劫。 |
