If I-485 is employment-based, applicant's salary info from LC/employer is
sufficient and probably much higher than the minimum income requriement.

and child(ren), tax returns are generally required to prove the income meets
the minimum requirement for the entire family.

了指纹。后来查case status发现一直是显示notice was returned，让联系他们重新发
。想着已经向USCIS提交了改地址，FP也已经打完了，是不是不用再理他们的notice

好，看到有人在说alamo weekend $10/day，还是提醒大家注意一下。计划有点不确定
的最好都不要用他家。
alamo的trick在于early return不仅要付$15 early return fee （这个在pick up车签
contract时要initial的），而且没在term或contract里说明的是如果早于在原定的那
天还车，系统很可能会自动把你的daily rate改成当时的walk-in rate，要贵好多，这
样早还车还要多付钱。偶这次在HNL alamo，原定是凌晨12:01am还，还是pre-paid，结
果航班时间改了在前一天的6:30pm还的，就差几个小时，结果系统不仅自动把偶的
coupon给去掉了，而且把daily rate从$20改到$37，多charge几十块。害的偶还有90分
钟就要起飞了还在和他们argue，就一个counter开放排了有10个人，偶还是alamo大妈

2、如何计算21天的return policy？是按我邮寄回去那天的邮戳算么？
T400买了2周了，电池老有问题，Lenovo邮寄了一块新的，还是这样。他们说可能是主
板问题，想想与其邮寄回去检查修理，还不如直接退了，T410也快上市了。

返回的还是表达式，而不是方法。这个表达式是treeMinimumRecursive(treeNode root

问题是这样的，其中一个小patnership,2010年是CPA FIRM给报的税，楼主当时还没在
这工作，种种原因（各个Partner没有有效沟通）marked as final return in 2010.可
是2011年还有收入和费用，controller指示2010年是错误（的确很明显是错误），2011
年还应该继续报。今年不再用cpa firm报该Partnership，由楼主本人来报。现在问题
是：需要amend 2010的partnership tax return (form 1065)么？打电话给原来的cpa
firm，被告知不用做任何事情，irs不会有记录说entity被 kicked out,直接报2011年
的就可以，顶多附个简短说明，说still intent to file 2011tax return,连原因都不
用说。曾经给irs打过电话，得到的也是同样的答案。但是deadline临近，还想确认一
下，irs的电话永远要等。有达人、会计事务所的工作的专业人士知道么？谢谢！ |
