昨天他要求return，因为got stock when travelling, ask for return policy.
我回他
14天，20% restocking fee, buyer responsible for shipping back to me.
建议他去找manufactor.
请问这样做有没问题，会不会吃 a-z

final decision要我refund，一看paypal已经被扣钱了，NND，气疯了。
进到resolution center里面，没有任何地方可以让我appeal,解释，证实，除了 issue
a refund没有任何选项。
现在想问问，反正我以后是绝对不会用ebay了，不在乎它上面的信用了。
我有什么办法可以拿回我的钱？ |

现在的问题是，LD不可能整天呆在家里，需要接送孩子之类的。而电话里的人坚持说，
只能等，不能自己去drop。
有没有可靠的方法？比如说，把箱子放在外面？好像又不放心。

如果case 开后, 恶霸判定病人可以return的话, refuse 包裹是木有用的. 结果一样.
真正的骗子是不会说空盒的. 只有中低级级的骗子才这样干. 恶霸出台新的规定. 以后
再说空盒, 恶霸不一定判evil胜利. 不过时间不长高级骗子肯定出来. 结果还是一样.
有人问: 有办法吗? 答案: 如果骗子是打的游击战的话, 基本上无解. 需要打入成本,
或者黑吃黑恶霸. |

会收到一张有我家地址的non-prepaid Return Merchandise Label。
这张label长啥样啊？usps/fedex/ups都可以用的吗? 不会是直接寄来让我付运费的吧

原来以为这个Bill Pay不需要信任，，，只要到帐就可以了，现在看来根本不是。
这就是说，如果付款方式选的是bill pay，那天付款人不高兴了，在一年内可以用任何
一个理由通过银行把钱要回去，，，一年365天，十二个账单，每次都需要仔细检查，
因为不是每次被return了，都有电话或者信件通知，一不小心，就忽略了，，，，就永
远，，，当然了，收款的可以通过法庭在把钱索回。不过，总感觉不如BOA直接存款可
靠，包括转账都不是十分牢靠
也许BOA直接存款，涉及到ebanking的费用和将来的纳税，，但是总比颗粒无收好吧？
