revoked my 1-140 on October 30 2015.
Moved to Employer B and have I-140 approval(approved on Dec 9 2015) but PD

）都可以保留PD。
我查了一下USCIS的有关法律条文，与之相关的是以下两个文件：
第一个文件是09-12-2006发的Field Manual，这个文件陈述了I-140表格上具体审核的
每条内容，是指导具体处理申请的移民官如何审核I-140的工作手册，甚至涵盖了申请

潦草。你的问题我可以简单回答一下，权当抛个砖了
1）索赔过程中产生的费用。
传统上和案件有关的费用都是律师先垫付，等赔偿拿到之后再从赔偿中报销。有些客人
会担心，要是律师楼胡乱瞎开单子，客人岂不是很吃亏。这个担心没什么必要，因为到
了分账的时候，客人有权向律师要求详细的费用清单，如果他复印一张纸收你一块钱，
你当然可以合理拒付。我个人所代理过的案件，只要是在提交诉讼前和解的，一般都会
把我们垫付的费用WAIVED掉。如果案子到了诉讼的阶段，律师会比你更在乎在什么事情
上花钱，花多少钱才能以小博大，为客人争取到最好的结果。
2）预先设定的律师费。
这个条款不是每个CONTINGENCY RETAINER中 AGREEMENT都有的。应该说，比较有职业道
德的律师在纯按比分成的案件中都不会暗藏这种按小时收费的条款。这个条款第一不合
理，违背了律师和客人在CONTINGENCY案件里共担风险的原则，第二不公平，如果客人

it really depend on the complexity of your work. there are city codes for
works in your house. for example, if you build a retaining wall, there are
limitation on what kind of wall you can build depending on how steep the
slope is, whether concrete wall or key stone, and how tall you can build.
the retaining wall could fail and fall on people if not done properly. also

只是fence的话请人打桩，剩下的可以自己做，也可以找人做，价钱看你的院子大小和
fence的品质要求，价钱可以差别很大。光fence的活，没有你想的那么复杂，你可以多
找几家来估估价。
提醒一句，有些商家为了挣钱，会把问题说得很严重，恨不得你把一切都推到重做，你
自己先做做功课，先得有自己的主意再找人来看，杀价。
这种事，offer的时候agent应该也会提醒的，但是既然你已经买了，那就接受这个现实
，修呗。个人的经验是hoa可以等，只要你让他们知道，你在行动就ok了，至于行动多
久，那就是你的事了~
要是还有retaining wall，这个说简单很简单，说复杂涉及到排水啊，地基什么的，还
有石头的部分，你可以先找几个专门做这个的人问问。

发帖数: 5728 | 47 因为是5分钟的高强度树脂，所以过程没办法拍照片。过程是需要稍微快些，要点是
epoxy必须盖过arbor，在arbors之间的retainer中存有一定数量，上得过程中，需要旋
转reel seat，并且旋转杆子，适度reel seat后退和前进，尽量在retainer中保留大量
而且均匀不失衡的epoxy。
然后上winding check。
后面会看到后续的处理，即用thread来处理一些接口部分。
我刚才有些失误，epoxy不小心沾在reel seat上，处理起来花了一点时间，大家做的时
候尽量小心，一次性的手套要多备几套，顺手好换。
因为追求最轻，所以这部分尽可能使用最少的材料。
然后把所有的垃圾装入密封袋，丢掉。 |
