first, in many us companies, if you don't ask, u don't get it.
second, jumping in many cases may resolve the money issue, but it likely
will not resolve personal growth issue. e.g. engineer will not likely to
become manager directly if u jump to a new boat. personal growth usally
happens within the same entity where you proved yourself and that will lead
to a door opened. |

当月打指纹，2月收到EAD/AP。4月份收到RFE，看完信才知移民局的官员犯浑以为我是
EB2，要我提交材料证明我排期当前。于是让律师整理材料后于4月25日递交RFE材料。
然后就是石沉大海。
在9月之前的4个月里，找了一个议员，还自己发了E-Request和打电话给USCIS询问，另
外还求律师想办法，用尽各种办法。得到的答复就是still under review。后来律师通
过一个专线电话（可能律师才有资格用的，我不清楚是什么号码）询问，被告知是把我
的case归到EB2了，根本没人理了。于是我把律师的信件打印，外加其他的证据（证明

2. 2nd SR in February, 2015, no response.
3. Called National Customer Service T2 in March, 2015, officer said he can't

大家看看USCIS这是啥意思？啥原因这样的？
因为要求降级，USCIS不受理，因为目前把CASE转到LOCAL OFFICE。于是找众议员参议
员催。等了几天今天收到议员回复，这是我从来没有见过的回复，上来给大家分享一下
：我觉得这意思就是怀疑我们是恐怖分子，要一级戒备。我不知道这是啥意思，按说我
们的情况太简单了，结婚12年，有美国出生的娃娃，我大学毕业就在现在公司上班，连
