“通常人们在重新贷款时，应该尽量避免在星期五（或节假日的前一天）close。
如果贷款星期五close的话，closing agent整理文件并办理相关的手续，新贷款通常要
到下一个工作日即星期一才能funding。这样一来，新lender从新贷款的closing date
的后一天（即星期六）开始计算利息，而原来lender的利息要收到新贷款的
fundingdate即星期一。贷款申请人就会为周末两天（或节假日）付出双份的利息。所

如果是refinance primary house的话，borrower 有3 天的rescission days 来决定是
不是继续这个process， 所以closing date 我一般不会安排在星期一。因为真正的
funding date 是在3 天之后，所以如果Monday close的话，funding 就是在星期五，
也就是说你的新的loan这天就开始了。很多时候，因为各方面的原因，funds有可能是
在银行的cutoff时间之后才出去，所以旧的lender就要到之后的星期一才能收到钱。这
样的话，Sat.和Sunday你就要付interest给新lender和旧lender。closing在其它天就
不会多付两天的interest了。
如果是purchase或者refinance 2nd home和investment property的话，最好不要在星

I see the problem - the original bank charged me 4 more days per diem
interest because they received the fund 4 days after the closing (there are
3 day rescission period after the closing), so it did correctly.
However, the new lender started charging me interest right from the closing
date, instead of the funding day (at least 3 days after the closing). They
claimed that they sent out money to the title company right |

rescission，这3天是含周六的。如果周五closing，下周三才会funding，新贷款的利
息从周三开始算，旧贷款的利息算到pay off的那天。
不过，在银行，refi是没什么funding优先权的，基本的方法都是排队，日子也不是自

period，你可以无理由退出。
我们不鼓励客人随便退出，有问题，会尽量让客人得到满意的解决方案。做我们这行，

个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时

同学们的 I-485 收据有了，指纹也打过了，到现在为止终于可以告一段落。下面，就
等着 Background Check.
当申请人进行身份调整时，USCIS 要对其进行背景检查 (Background Check)，以保证
国家利益和公众安全。这种背景检查主要包括三大块儿。
大家都知道，这三部分分别是 1) FBI Fingerprint Check, 2) FBI Name Checks, 和
3) The Interagency Border Inspection System (IBIS) Name Check.
FBI 的指纹检查，是通过采集申请人的十指指纹，和其数据库进行对比，以确定该人在
美国境内有无犯罪史。FBI 的 Name Checks (NC)，是针对申请人的个人信息，与其数
据库进行对比，以保证该人不会对对美国的国家利益和公众安全带来危害。而 IBIS 的
检查，则偏重于申请人的 USCIS 的身份状态是否有违例发生。

移民局又开闸了，于是大伙儿全来趟这浑水。不管是 140 还没填的，抑或是 pending
的，更不要说批了的了，尤其是七月二号没赶上车的，大家一齐冲向 485 高地。
485 填表战，又开始了！
有的同学过于紧张，简单的问题也不敢把握，向白老师 (xiaobaitu, 呢称 XBT, 又称
小白兔 JJ 或 小白兔 MM) 求助的贴子是满天飞呀！就象北京春天的柳絮。
老师和系主任咬过好几次耳朵，建议挂个咨询公司的牌子，向白老师问一个问题的收一
毛钱，＂在线等＂的算 Premium Service 多收五分。系主任胆子太小，今天老师还说
，我们动手罢！他却总说道Ｎｏ！——这是洋话，你们不懂的。否则早已发了。

而先行批准。
这样，即使 NC 不能及时完成，也拖不过 180 天了。问题是，申请人怎么才能知道自
己的 NC 是从哪一天开始的，进而推出 180 天的期限？
虽然从移民局的 I-485 手册上知道，NC 始于 File Management 阶段，应该也就是在
I-485 的收据同期。但是，具体的是哪一个日子，却是在云雾之中。

? 如果选No,就直接skip到part7. 但是那个是老表，那段skip to part 7的说明正好是
在这个问题之后。现在新表的这段说明是在3b和4c下面。那是理解为到3b为止就可以跳
到part7,还是要把4c之前的问题都答完才能跳到part7?

当申请人进行身份调整时，USCIS 要对其进行背景检查 (Background Check)，以保证
国家利益和公众安全。这种背景检查主要包括三大块儿。
大家都知道，这三部分分别是 1) FBI Fingerprint Check, 2) FBI Name Checks, 和
3) The Interagency Border Inspection System (IBIS) Name Check.
FBI 的指纹检查，是通过采集申请人的十指指纹，和其数据库进行对比，以确定该人在
美国境内有无犯罪史。FBI 的 Name Checks (NC)，是针对申请人的个人信息，与其数
据库进行对比，以保证该人不会对对美国的国家利益和公众安全带来危害。而 IBIS 的
检查，则偏重于申请人的 USCIS 的身份状态是否有违例发生。
这三部分的检查没有先后的顺序，也互不相联。
除了 IBIS Check 是由 USCIS 自己做之外，Fingerprint Check 和 Name Check 都是
由 FBI 来进行的。

住这个问题。google了这么些天 要么就是CIS咬定没有错，然后啥事没有。要么就是一
年内发notice of intent to rescind, 然后重新AOS pending. 5~10年EB的看到一个
case是这伙计入籍时候被发现在持H1-b期间接私活
