不会这么巧吧？昨天刚做了SERVICE REQUEST，并且只是我的，今天还没来的及联系议员呢，想着今天选举，他们很忙，刚刚查了EMAIL BOX，７：３０收到 USCIS EMAIL 说是 CARD PRODUCED 了, 包括LD的。

原意到没想做，只是想问问我的背景调查CLEAR了吗，现在是什么状况，因为名字太普
通，并且０９年有交 RFE，还有 I１４０批了两次，上面的PD都不一样。
反正是左按个键右按个键，居然没等就跟个真人通话了，我说了说情况，他问了问问题
，直接就说，你的PD CURRENT了，现在我可以给你做SERVICE REQUEST，因为你的已经
是OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME，就这样，给了个REFERRAL NUMBER，说是１５天
没消息再联系。

The T2 I talked was very nice. He told me that I could file a service
request this week. I bet him to help me file one then. He said he was
doing it immediately and told me the EAD card is coming in a few days.
Nothing comes up yet.... The T2 I today is weird and would not give me any
useful information, except that he asked me for a reference number. That's
why I suspected the "service request" was not filed last week. I would try

发帖数: 978 | 20 对，是不一样的。我现在想起USCIS tier 1的agent, 真是恨得牙根儿疼。
他们的逻辑貌似是这样的:
A. 你的case提交了很久，还不下来 --> service request看看咋回事。
B. 你的case再不下来就没法工作了 --> expedited review。
对于大多数人来讲，A和B完全是一回事，因为移民局只允许你在不到120天就过期的时
候才能renew, 而提交75天之后才能做service request。但是我当时就只是做了
service request结果被搞到了local office, 详情可以参加我上面的帖子。
所以我的建议是直接要求expedite。你google一下就可以看到如何expedite和如何
qualify for it. |

发信说USCIS回复了，读了后感觉狗屁没有，是不是还要再等三个月，怎么TSC这么慢，

必须超过了公布的处理时间才可以提出申请？另外，律师或单位提交的service
request 和移民局网上的service request是同一个吗？我自己提交老是说within
processing time,不接受。
另外如果由于律师填表错误导致的referral 怎么处理？具体讲如果快到合法居留时间
280天申请还没有结果的话要求单位或律师出钱加速是否合理？

给decision那种模版回复。发email request的之后一天又做了个SR,同样的request
relink 485. 过了一周后得到如下回复，这是什么意思呢？难道还没从eb2link上eb1？
还是说明 background check还没做完？

Got both EB2 and EB3 approval in 2014. Lawyer said she sent SR in March but
we never got reply. I did online SR myself asking for relink in early April.
In 7 days I got the reply as follows:

evidence for your Form I-485”。
4月份已经回复了一次RFE，当时要的是体检记录，不知这次要什么材料。但总是好事，
说明TSC在干活，或许律师的service request和congressman的催绿起了些作用。

法，keep-alive好像是默认的。有人说要从tcp socket开始自己写http协议。不知道有
