ld的service request，今天收到的答复：
You application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not
able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your
application.
一个星期前，用我自己的485做的service request给的答复：
Service records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We
ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we
process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days, and you haven’
t received anything in the mail, please contact us at the National Customer
