1. Outside Normal Processing Time,you will receive an email within 10
BUSINESS days, and it says "You should receive a decision or notice of other
action within 60 days of the date of this letter"
2. Request to Expedite case (severe financial loss, etc.),usually within 5
CALENDAR days your case will be assigned to an officer, and you will receive
a follow-up REGULAR MAIL to explain how they reviewed your case and how
long you need to wait.
If you happen to register an account at USCIS, you should see each
processing step under your case number. For example, you will see something
like this:
"On [date], your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1D***
****TSC was assigned to an officer for response". |
