突变会自然发生，平均一个基因组 在一个世代内，会积累10-100个突变。而Cas9脱靶
的个数我记得是每个细胞10左右，那么被编辑的露露和娜娜的基因组的实际突变率是
20-110个突变每代，并不是特别显著的增加。
那么自然人自己就有10-100个随机突变而保持健康，现在加10个；大概率的makes no
