Broker不能帮lender决定这个事情，但如果直接找的lender借钱，这些问题都是可以谈
的；或者是有经验的broker，在把这些提交给lender之前，都会斟酌的。
比如像LZ碰到的情况，反正是$1500 credit，为什么要写repair credit，难道就不能
写成closing costs credit吗？反正对各方都一样。
Lender担心的不是credit amount本身，而是房子本身，这跟inspection report关系不
大，只要appraiser说这个房子可以住人，Lender是很少question的，但如果你突然冒
出来说，这个房子要修，不管是200块钱修，还是20000块钱修，只能证明一点，房子有
问题；而房子又是贷款的collateral，collateral有问题，银行当然不愿意借钱。 |
