Problem: Hitting into the net too often.
Repairs:
1.You might be hitting late. If you meet the ball farther forward, your racq
uet will have opened up more, and you'll hit higher. For one-handers, this i
s a common problem, because the ideal point of contact is farther forward th
an it is on the forehand side, thus one has less time to prepare. For two-ha
nders, the ideal point of contact is the same as for the Eastern forehand, e
ven with the front hip.

body and causes you to pull right as you swing.
2.If your swing is at all rotational, hitting early will make you hit too fa
r right. In a classic one-handed backhand, the upper body rotation early in
the swing should stop when the torso is parallel to the sideline. One-hander

我刚才打电话过去，那个小二说维修的地方刚下班，没法转过去，他看了

1。这个以前已经掉过镜子并且修过（我说不可能，因为修过的话上面会

游，上周五下午打电话催了一下，今天早晨再查发现已经修好了，但是不能保证明天寄
到。
之前HP的电脑坏了，当天打电话，第二天就收到了HP寄过来的prepaid repair box，第
二天下午我drop掉电脑，第三天HP维修，第四天收到修好的电脑。相比之下，Asus这种
非本土品牌修个电脑至少一个星期。这次碰到Nikon，算是让我开了眼了，完全不拿顾
客的时间当回事。 |

1.从电脑上取出硬盘，装入external hard drive adapter.
2.用另一台电脑将其备份，格式化。
3.装回原电脑，插入USB CD drive进如恢复。如若仍是automatic repair，进入后选择
reset my computer. 这个过程要超过半小时。
4.重启，一切恢复出厂设置。 |

some CD burning softwares such as Nero and NTI CDMAKER to burn
DAT file to VCD format. If the softwares report the format is not standard,
pls use: TMPGEnc to repair the DAT file to a standard VCD file, then
burn to VCD.
