板跟那个德国人是一个小制药公司并过来的，然后我们部门被计划要并到老板的老板的
老板的老板的部门去，老板的老板的老板拍他老板的马匹，在所有人都不支持的情况下
要了这个德国人。这个德国人没有啥学历，我老板对他很不客气，德国人就开始勾结跟

Dynegy Inc. (DYN) said Tuesday that one of its subsidiaries has skipped an
interest payment of nearly $44 million on outstanding debt in a move that
could lead to default.
Dynegy Holdings LLC skipped the payment on senior unsecured notes due in
2016 that carry interest of 8.4%, Dynegy said. The company has 30 days

议，再file一个chapter13什么的来个reorganization，说不定就又7，8块了。
不过，这个是我乱说的，这时候不是那时候，不敢信！
之所以这么说，只是想由此说明：象航空公司这样的几乎在911后个个都file过
chapter11的公司，绝对倒闭一般比较不可能，reorganization才是它的核心。amr只不
过是重复或者变相重复其它航空公司的故事而已。股票，炒的就是这个朦胧，就是这个

啊,唉...
开了年,一直就没有项目可以做,在这家公司做了3年了,没有项目是前所未有的,天天看
paper看了快3,4个星期了,心理上很累.每天就像是和尚一样,跑来敲钟,到点下班.
总公司整天发这个通知那个通知,要ReOrganization,谁都清楚ReOrganization就是Lay
Off的潜台词.和LD说了说对现在公司的忧虑,没项目就没有生意,没生意怎么keep人啊,
LD说,别担心钱的事,我养的活你,我还巴望着你被Lay off呢,这样拿个Lay Off package
,在家好好准备咱俩的婚礼.我听完很甜蜜也很无语.
3年了,居然在这个公司干了3年了,3年里哭过,笑过,恨过,爱过,现在又这种情形,我真的
开始觉得累了,觉得在这家公司过的真的很没意思. |

emphasizes more.
For manufacture line, the concern would be any future potential for
outsourcing?
You may also consider the potential of two bosses through the reorganization
, who will be promoted? You don't want to stay with the sinking boat.
Personally, I would choose the manufacture manger if no outsourcing
potential. With the mixed R&D and the product line management experience, I

的同义词。structure乱不乱不是老板要关心的，人家可能是按屁股来分的，才不SB呢。

要我这个中流砥柱干活呢。我不爽只是reorganize没有抢到人，NND，明明跟A干活的人
要去跟B汇报，跟C干活的人去跟D汇报；那些抢到人的SB还说，虽然是向我们汇报，你
们可以随便叫我们的direct reports做事，不用通过我们。麻了隔壁，这叫啥
reorganization,那你们付啥责任啊？你们到底是啥角色？如果这样，部门就那么11个
人，统统跟咱们老板汇报好了，咱老板就负责分配任务了。老板乐了，说，我恐怕分配
不了那么多活啊。你妈，你分配不了就找两个傀儡来分啊？什么思路,SB！

you can either DIY or use an external attorney to prepare the petition
package. If you are confident with your legal writing skill, go ahead with
DIY. Otherwise, I would suggest that you find somebody good at legal writing
help you reorganize and edit your package. In LD's case, all our previous
documents (a successful NIW and two failed EB1A last year) were provided to

materials very well so that IO thinks you claimed something you did not
claim actually - don't expect them to be as smart as you are:). I had a
friend whose petition was denied first. Then he reorganized his materials
completely in terms of structure and filed again a few months later. His
petition was approved recently - as expected.
