孩子被带走3个多月，从冬天到夏天。。。他们都是无辜的天真活波可爱的孩子。没用
的妈妈不是那种只生不养，no responsibility 的妈妈，而是双方家人没有人能帮忙，
自己又太爱孩子，总想让这些孩子有个体面的生活，自己天资不足，又不能同时handle
很多事，压力太大，一时判断失误，做了件现在想来是件stupid的事情，(其实孩子进
家里，妈妈粗心，心急立马去学校找，5 minutes回家发现孩子,在警察到学校之前, 警

I-94上的D/S 代表 Duration of Status。按照合法身份期限，而不是无限期。
对于F1学生，I-94 上的 D/S就是I-20上的日期，而且同时要保持有效学生身份，毕业
后或者OPT结束了grace period 也过了那么I94身份就是过期了，不合法了：OUT OF
STATUS.这时开始累计的日子就算unlawful presence。
但是如果学生在校学习期间（I94 D/S还没结束，如果违反了F1学生的规则（比如课时
选得太少或者非法工作）导致OUT OF STATUS的情况下，在被发现之前
是不会自动开始计算unlawful presence的。

【转载】我感觉这个特别会议挺有用，可以是个突破口，突破到华人以外的圈子。地方
报纸都会报，临近的其他town也会看到，也许会有类似的连锁反应。我觉得可以好好把
握机会，试图在整个地区扩大影响到普通市民。
如何做好？策略很重要。
但我觉得，第一，不要抗议，可以有人在门口安静的散传单，跟市民交流。这是全市市
民正式讨论这个事情的地方，没有议员可抗议，要说应该感谢Cupertino同意把这个放
入议程。
第二，组织好进去参加发表意见的市民，最好各个族裔都有代表，不光是华人。然后最
好还是Cupertino的人多点，毕竟是这个town的事情，如果可以联系到town的实际情况
更好。
第三，可以通知附近几个town的local报纸来采访，争取扩大影响。

报纸都会报，临近的其他town也会看到，也许会有类似的连锁反应。我觉得可以好好把
握机会，试图在整个地区扩大影响到普通市民。
如何做好？策略很重要。
但我觉得，第一，不要抗议，可以有人在门口安静的散传单，跟市民交流。这是全市市
民正式讨论这个事情的地方，没有议员可抗议，要说应该感谢Cupertino同意把这个放
入议程。
第二，组织好进去参加发表意见的市民，最好各个族裔都有代表，不光是华人。然后最
好还是Cupertino的人多点，毕竟是这个town的事情，如果可以联系到town的实际情况
更好。
第三，可以通知附近几个town的local报纸来采访，争取扩大影响。
