Using my own experience, when I did my H1 many years ago, I even did not
make a single call to the lawyer, did not even know who/when paid the lawyer
and how much. (I got all the contact info, and went to his office to start
the process)
I was so relaxed, I did not even start my green card application until my
manager asked me if I wanted to (it was a small company, very good manager
who was in navy before).

起来, 也许一些非运动的因素在起作用. 比如, 饮食, 工作/学习压力, 生活压力, 心理调节, etc.
1) 饮食上是要少喝咖啡, only drink coffee in the morning...
2) 剧烈运动要在睡眠前4/5小时结束. A 10 min or so light aerobic exercise may not
be a bad idea before sleep, I think, ...
3) 成功的饮食控制对心理调节是有帮助的, which improves your self confidence and
physical fitness...
4) 可以看一些书/电影, 干一些自己喜欢但是和工作/学习无关的时, relax, relax...
5) 减慢生活节奏, 故意做事拖拖拉拉, don't push yourself too hard...
