1 bedroom with private bathroom in a 2b2b apartment available in early or
mid January 2012
The apartment is located on the third floor in "Nobel Court", 3717 Nobel
Drive, San Diego, 92122. It is close to Vons and UTC shopping center, very
convenient. It has a big living room and full kitchen with washer and dryer
in Unit. Also, the apartment is featured with a gym downstairs, which saves
you more than 20 bucks per month for gym membership.
The room has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony, with a door
gated everything for you from the living room.
Your roommate will be a male postdoc, very quiet and easy-going. Most of
time, he will be at work. You must be working professionally or a student,
clean, non-smoking, no drugs.
The rent will be $797.5 per month (coz it is $1595 for the whole apartment),
plus half of water, electricity and internet fee (around $50-60 per person
per month). The move-in date will be the early January to mid January, which
can be adjusted for your convenience. The lease will last till April 1st,
and it can be continued with the leasing office if you and your roommate
want to.(He wants to continue the lease, because he doesn't want to move out
from this comfortable apartment.) So it could be a 3 months short-term
lease or a long-term one.

Available in mid Sept, this 2b/1b condo is for renting directly from the
owner. The condo is about 880 square feet with two cozy bedrooms, a spacious
living room, nice dinning area and kitchen, as well as a huge hallway
closet. Its floor plan also offers excellent ventilation and lighting that

接近停车点，但听不到任何从小区和街上传来的汽车的声音；
周围没有非常高大的树，所以早上不会有鸟把你吵醒。
此房位于一层，两个几乎相同大小的卧室及各自的卫生间。laminate地板，炉灶，抽油
烟机及空调均新换不久。安装有最好的饮用水过滤系统Ro Pure。
房间朝向南和西，光线非常好。夏天由于有二楼阳台遮挡，夕晒也不会觉得炎热。我在
那里居住两年，从来没有开过空调和heater。
有家具，如queen size床，餐桌、书桌, 沙发和茶几等。
对不起，谢绝养宠物和吸烟者。
目前另一个房间住的是一个非常nice的female Chinese young professional，我们住

We have one master room for rent in La Regencia, Close to UCSD shuttle and
bus, VONS. The roommates living in the other room are also UCSD students
couples. they are very nice.
It's a 2B2B apartment, huge closet, private bath room, one big personal
storage, HUGE room(14' X 13') !!! and there is a washer and a dryer in the
apartment. One assigned parking space. It is perfect for UCSD students and
couples.
We also have some furnitures if you guys feel interested.
The Rent will be $750 in Feb. and $800 start from March.(since you need to

UTC 附近的房子，La Regencia，（2B2B）两室两厅两卫生，单独卫生间
反复看过附近的房子后接过来的房子，确实相对有以下优势：
1.房子大且价格会更便宜约有1300sq.feet 我实际考察过附近类似的房子，确实如此
，如详谈会提供具体例子
2.洗衣服的设施在室内
3.房子全部朝南
这个房子share全下来，要到800多一些，要是租的早能便宜一下，因为即将续租，我1
月份刚来，本来可以和其他同学合租，但确实这个房子的诱惑比较大，你想要600-700
的房子是有，但是毕竟一分钱一分货。不是砸别人生意，各取所需吧。说实话，感觉放
弃这个deal还是有些可惜的感觉。周围同事都很surprise这个价格。
社区内配套有游泳池、健身房等等一系列的不错设施，离Von‘s非常近就在旁边
UCSD Shuttle就在门口，有对学生学者免费的30路，开到westfield（走过去也就20分
钟），大华，qualcomm，都不到10分钟。

3月1日起转租在Genesee Highland的2b/1b townhouse。厅和厨房在一楼，厅里铺木地
