发1099表。但这个rebate不是income,是reimburse,即使有1099也不用缴税。同样道理
，当年比尔盖茨发免费的Vista和Office2007也要提供SSN，最后虽然有1099也不要缴税
，因为这个软件是gift.
你去面试，你去讲学，很多接受方公司，大学都要求你提供SSN，填W9，年底也会发1099，也不用报税。因为这个是reimburse. |

长话短说。我卖了一套旧书５５０刀。买主paypal付钱。第二天去USPS ship要
confirmed delivery option 时，一jerk印度老头跟我说，shipping 本身 要３０刀，
confirmed delivery 要extra ３０刀。因为我在ebay list时最多只能charge ４ 刀的
shipping，我就没要confirmed delivery。 当然这information后来发现是错的。我也
去投诉了那老头。我以前没有什么概念，因为跟邮局交道打得少。
结果这包裹就丢了。买主说没收到。我来来回回邮局跑了几次，电话n多次。还是没辄
。买主complain 了，ebay现在判买主胜并给买主full refund。要我reimburse ebay。
我现在的问题是，如果不reimburse，ebay有什么办法来强制执行？对我的credit
history是否有影响？我在ebay的帐号无所谓有没有。我研究了一下，好象ebay也没有
严格要求confirmed delivery。

来，抛砖引玉了。
首先要说的是，FBA的库存乱的很，很多shipment你看都是没有出入，很有可能也给你
少算了很多。如果要准确的查这些库存上的出入，我觉得最主要的是要看adjustments
，shipment和reimbursement。查shipment的出入很简单，就不多说了。
adjustments的情况就很复杂了。具体来说有很多项，详细说明马总有链接：

经常见到的比如M就是仓库给你的货弄丢了跟一个“-1”，隔一段时间如果找到了就一
个F，跟一个加1.还有比如仓库给你弄坏了，就是一个E，然后跟一个P和一个O，意思是
损坏了以后从sellable变成了unsellable，最后去掉。还有X，是调整shipment的出入
给你减去，这X没有对应的shipment ID，所以得开case问。有时候Amazon还借你的货拿

后来陆续有3个return，amazon都迅速issue 了refund，可是我查看inventory，只发现

再次电话询问，告知病人没有把东西寄回来。要求reimbursement，说要等45天，届时

reimbursement 里面 有 customer return, quantity reimbursed 1. 我也不知道他们
是不是退回来了？ 还是他们没退 过了一个月 Amazon 自己找货给补了一个？如果是前
者，那十有八九估计是换货了。如果是后者，危害性对seller 倒是小一些。
但是这个evil, 在一个月的时间里，反复搞， 把 ipad air 2 order defect rate 搞

1. receive in-full的shipment，过些日子可能会被减掉几个。你不查的话，损失自己
担。
2. 如果有一个shipment的货被合并收入到另一个shipment，合并后的数字过些日子可
能会被调整到单个shipment的数量。你不查的话，损失自己担。
3. inventory adjustment 的货，说的是45天后自动赔，实际上马鬃好像有个team会人
工把关，认为不合理的自动赔偿，会被抹掉。我有个货，发了14个过去，卖了3个，撤
回来10个，有一个被马鬃misplace掉。发信过去问，回复说14-3-10-1＝0，刚好平衡。
不用赔。。
还有不少问题，以后有时间再列。
我猜测，导致现在这个局面的可能原因：1）按照以前的库存管理和赔偿方式，
inventory reimbursement这块，马鬃的成本相当高。CEO看不下去了，说这块的成本必
须砍下去，不然财务报表没法看，股价上不去。仓库人员迫于上头的压力，开始乱搞。
CEO看了最近几个季度，这块的成本显著下降，很高兴。实际上，卖家们的投诉和抱怨

A person who is not a citizen of the United States or a resident alien (
green card holder) who serves on a National Science Foundation review panel
or advisory committee (including a committee of visitors (COV) or other
authorized subcommittee) may be reimbursed for per diem and transportation
expenses, but is not eligible for flat rate payment
