长话短说。我卖了一套旧书５５０刀。买主paypal付钱。第二天去USPS ship要
confirmed delivery option 时，一jerk印度老头跟我说，shipping 本身 要３０刀，
confirmed delivery 要extra ３０刀。因为我在ebay list时最多只能charge ４ 刀的
shipping，我就没要confirmed delivery。 当然这information后来发现是错的。我也
去投诉了那老头。我以前没有什么概念，因为跟邮局交道打得少。
结果这包裹就丢了。买主说没收到。我来来回回邮局跑了几次，电话n多次。还是没辄
。买主complain 了，ebay现在判买主胜并给买主full refund。要我reimburse ebay。
我现在的问题是，如果不reimburse，ebay有什么办法来强制执行？对我的credit
history是否有影响？我在ebay的帐号无所谓有没有。我研究了一下，好象ebay也没有
严格要求confirmed delivery。

confirmation? signature? None of them will cost $30. For USPS, signature
confirmation is less than $2.
2. Sold value more than $250, you need to buy signature to be eligible for
paypal seller protection.
3. It seems that you don't have any tracking information, you lost for sure.
4. ebay will block your ebay account and maybe debit your paypal.
5. It seems you are new as you said that " 好象ebay也没有
