希望对大家有所帮助. 我读的不是CS或EE,比较冷门,小硕,完全不牛!! 面了几家不错的
大公司,不管最后结果如何, HM评价都很好,从了不错的公司. 通则应该还行. 来这边的
目的多半是学习心理素质的建设,也想分享给大家这部分.
1. resume尽量写一页就好
如果真的太牛,不得不写超过一页,最精彩的请放第一页. 不然就写两种版本,refer的高
兴怎么写怎么写,经理熟技术会理解逻辑. 但Recruiter选,尽量还是让他们好懂为原则.
2. 找工作最好海投,海排面试,让自己越忙越好
这样比较不会在面跟面等待的中间太焦虑,可以一直保持高张的心情准备面试,保持淡定
. 一间面完赶紧准备下一间,这样不会有太多时间忧虑. 心理素质在找工过程中实在很
重要. 通常apply跟对方phone screen时间,会隔个一到两个礼拜,快则两天内通知,两周
也不是不可能. 所以,一次海投可以让你两个礼拜每天都做好准备. 尽量不要先投一两
个,然后隔一个月再投一个,面跟面时间拉太长,会让人开始焦虑,就算多烂的firm去... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 28 | 8 gf去年12月毕业，由于各种原因最终签下了一家ICC，进入之后才发现是个深深的大坑
，于是一直积极学习想跳出去。但是好像icc已经看出端倪于是想找借口fire掉我gf，
因为当时不懂事，签下了NCA和所谓的training reimbursement，上面说如果是我gf主
动要退出就要赔款。
上周末（注意是周末），icc的老板给我gf打了2个电话，没有接到，然后之前有个
training的homework一直没做，于是就以此为借口说gf unreachable 和 不认真工作，
发邮件过来要给他发法院的传票。要求赔偿他们公司。
gf到现在一个proj都没接到，所以一分钱没拿到，icc也没从她身上捞到好处，感觉icc
就想从所谓的 training reimbursement上敲诈一笔。gf平时都是老老实实接client的
电话面试，然后以前的homework都完成的，一不小心就被他们挑出个毛病，就要去打官
司。NCA gf 应该没有违反，因为她还没有任何其他的offer。就是那个training

， 这不他妈的好无聊么。。。
然后去面试， 别想人家reimburse你的火车票啊什么的。 有一次， 一个公司， 他妈
的突然电话面试我(国内搞突然面试的公司， 我就遇到几个， 不约时间， 就打电话面
）。面了我一个小时的java language specifics和algorithm题，做algorithm题的时
候， 就给我一题， 说你自己写code， 他15分钟后再打电话过来， 让我读code给他听

fee。不收foreign transaction fee。ATM owner收的费用也会当天reimburse。
Capital One 360 debit card: 任何ATM上都可以取钱。不收ATM fee。不收foreign
transaction fee。ATM owner (除了Allpoint Network)收的费用不给reimburse。但是
貌似在中国国内ATM是不收费用的。有用过的大侠确认一下吗？
ETrade debit card: 任何ATM上都可以取钱。不收ATM fee。ATM owner收的费用会在第

反复询问了它的reimbursement policy，很多条件不适用，后来自己另花了200刀买的
insurance。当时在travel版有个和我同样经历的，但是没有自己买insurance，通过信
用卡去申述reimbursement，一分钱都没有拿回来。。。你要是不服气，自己去用信用
卡申述吧。。。

不好。俺有个门诊只看medicaid的，有个门诊只看private insurance的，差距太大了
。只看private insurance的诊所环境要好很多，等待的时间也短。当然这只是一般来
说。不同地方肯定有差异。给俺们的list上只有三家只take private insurance,在竞
争激烈的环境下还是能做到不take Medicaid,还能存活下来，肯定有它的过人之处。再
说，俺老婆从小就一直看的那里的儿医。
对俺们专科来说，做个同样的小procedure,blue cross blue shield will reimburse
doctor $400-800, Medicare reimburse $200, but Medicaid only reimburse $100.

发帖数: 19262 | 35 这件事情已经有四个月了，烦死我了，不得不找个地方吐槽一下。
公司从今年换了新的公司，各种保险和Flexible Speding Account都是一个公司，可以
选择auto reimbursement，我自然就选择了这一项。
1月初去看牙医，当时就付了保险cover后的那部分，就没有再管，结果HSA自动把
patient应该付的那部分钱reimburse给牙医了。
这听起来也好，可是为这个事情我打了至少5次电话，那个保险公司的客服实在太难接
通，一次电话半个小时后很正常，常为了找到正确的人要等半天的。结果呢？牙医那边
说他们从来没有收到保险公司给的check，保险公司说他们两个月前就发出去这个check
了。
为这500块钱，我浪费了这么多时间，还得再打电话，他们发出去check居然2个月人家
都收不到，我真不明白到底问题出在哪个环节。
本来用HSA是可以省点钱，用auto reimbursement也可以省点时间，现在看来不是那么
回事啊。 |

我家一直到去年都是reimburse + 500刀 FSA， 因为就多出来500刀的deductible.
但是因为看病少，基本上reimburse都cover 了duductible,每年都出现FSA剩下来的情
况。
今年就买了HSA, 买HSA就不可以再买FSA了，这个是我们雇主规定的。 |

,没有收入但是那个clinics给了~$900的reimbursement(汽油,服装).现在收到1099,上
面写明了~$900的reimbursement.
我的问题:
1.这样legally没问题吧?
2.reimbursement不用交税吧?

been reported on your W-2, what else amount can you still claim?
Example: Suppose you spent $2000 for moving and your company reimbursed $
2000 and this $2000 was included on your W-2. Now, there is zero penny from
the employer that was not reported on W-2. What can you claim?

employer reimbursement 是under nonaccountable plan。你的employer应该是已经
exclude 那部分deductible的moving expense reimbursement。所以你不能再在税表上
填搬家的费用了。

两周前和主管请假去vacation,主管同意了, 遂定了机票旅馆 (nonrefundable). 1周前
公司另一个plant需要人过去, 组织了5,6个人去帮忙2-4周,我也在内. 发信问主管如果
取消 trip 是否可reimburse 机票等 (因为以前主管说过这种情况可向公司reimburse)
. 主管回信答先不要取消trip, 他要talk to大老板. 至今没有回信. reimburse估计没
戏了. 这种情况还可以去vacation吗? |

AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES",大意是如果以后离职可能
要还公司申请绿卡的钱。
好象是如果要避免还钱，绿卡下来两年之后都必须为公司工作。 这种要求常见/合理吗？
而且下面第二段里，离职还不光是主动辞职：“due to voluntary resignation or
discharge for cause (other than poor performance).”
这个discharge for cause什么意思？如果公司裁人我把裁掉，也要还钱吗？这些条款
好像太TOUGH了。各位给说说
