kicked in the rear and lost to a better team in an embarrassing way.The only bright spot is Ameer constantly put us in good field positions, others worth mention are Jamal catching the pass and Rex run hard even when the game was out of hand.
We need fix a lot of issues, in a hurry. and yes, we have BIG problems.

六晚上11点之前有30%雷阵雨的可能，星期天的天气貌似不错。就为了这个30%，纠结了
一个晚上，还是没敢背bivy，扛着我的整个帐篷上的山。周六早上6点从Bellevue出发
，7点半就到了ranger station。正碰上前面两组人在登记，等了半个小时才把所有手
续办完。办公室里有一张Glacier basin营地的照片，一只大熊整个上半身都探进一个
帐篷里，只剩两条腿和大大的熊屁股露在外面，好好玩——当然，这张照片的主要目的
还是教育人民群众不要把食物放在帐篷里… 到Trailhead准备出发的时候，有人发现忘
了带头盔，只好再回ranger station借，ranger让他到Schurman营地后管那里的ranger
借。这样前后一折腾，出发的时候都九点了。
开始的3.3 miles是循河而上的trail，出发没多久左侧有一个空挡，可以看到冰川之上
Little Tahoma的全景，
Rainier的山顶也能看的到，不过是藏在树后的。天上几乎看不到什么云，好天气看来

，一路都会有几次regroup的，有时还有sweeper，关键是要enjoy the ride。如果有他
们turn to turn route sheet,最好是打印一份，然后提前看看map熟悉一下大概方向，
这样就算是被drop啦，也能在regroup的地方赶上。我第一次跟队就在个上坡被落下了
，然后等我上完就不见人影了，最后我自己起了回去，嗬嗬，第二次跟队时，group的
人都还觉得不好意思把我给丢了。
另外，跟队要注意安全，如果在队列中，不要在队列中突然减速（包括刹车，喝水，吃
东西，直立拉伸.....），不要让自己的前轮和前车的后轮重叠，注意提醒后车你所见
的路上障碍危险物。前面几次，可以跟在最后面，看看其他人怎么做，学习学习。嗬嗬
，骑车有个伴，感觉绝对不一样，和一群人骑真是很过瘾的 |

About 1 hour after I reached high camp, I met up with my group. XW was
injured, but not very serious.
We regrouped and started descending at 8PM, back at trail head at 10:30PM.
Trivia:
1. ZD's waist line was so appealing, that the 2 ladies in the group were
very jealous.
2. That 3 hours non-trail route, in a way, it shaped me. (Or at least, that'
s what I am hoping.) Or should I say, it re-shaped me? Even though, I
believe that ZD would have preferred the real trail to save precise time. |

Just an update on Stephen's condition:
Steve suffered multiple rib fractures and a small puncture to the left lung.
All other internal organs OK, head/neck OK, he apparently did not suffer a
concussion. He was admitted to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, at least thru
tomorrow and perhaps another day or two, contingent on how his breathing
comes around, as they want to watch closely how the lung puncture heals. He

肯定是Grassley和Kav已经达成默契了 - 如果有必要Grassley就代Kav叫停 那次叫停
Grassley应该是觉得有必要给Kav浇浇冷水 - 场面太火爆了怕Kav失控
但副作用就是也给了民主党一个喘息的机会 让他们能regroup, 后来他们就一味的纠缠
