I guess all I am trying to say is: life is hard, get on with it.
It's common for an upper Principal to pace himself instead of jumping into
the Partner pool which is ultra competitive. That's just a reality of life
right? You might wait and regroup a bit before pouncing on a new, bigger
opportunity.

am talking about are somewhat like races, just no cost and no award money.
There are attacks and chases (some rides only allow them at specific places
and then regroup), the whole 9 yards. You are comparing yourself with the
bunch in every ride. racing is the best training. Hammer (training) rides
are next to racing (almost as dangerous as well)...

We have a group of Chinese people here doing group rides in the weekends but
we are "recreational", i.e.,
slow-medium pace and frequent regrouping. If you are a cat3, you need to
find a fast group to ride with.
Check out Cal's cycling team schedule and you can probably hook up with them
. I've heard a number of
"hammerfest" group rides in east bay in the summer evenings and one of them
is Berkeley hill repeats at

很少。
不知道你说的爬坡多少的标准是怎样的。不同人的解释不一样。最标准的是看有多少
Elevation Gain (EG). 如果你看我发的ridewithgps的link，40 mile那个路线的EG是
2700 feet, 25 mile的路线的EG是1800 feet。 当然大下坡是有的。你一开始不习惯骑
慢点就好了。我们都是有regroup的。 |

far from you. Later I saw your Strava
and realized you went to the ride as well yesterday. I rode with the "lite"
group that started @8:45am. The
"medium" ride was 15 mins later. So I guess we just missed each other.
It was the first time I rode HOP lite as well. 50-60 riders in the group I
was in. The pace was mellow at the
beginning but people started to do surges on uphill rollers soon after.

yes, I went with some cal cycling people (otherwise, I've no idea how to get
there). We regrouped twice, one at the top of the final climb, another I can't remember, although there were
still some people get dropped ... But in any case, you should definitely try. The climb in the course is little,
slightly long but not steep at all. So it should be easy to sit in the pack most of the time. If there is not much

Somebody attacked and I couldn't hold his wheel.

Worlds". The course is out and back, flat to rolling-ish, until a 3 mile 4%
climb. Total distance 26mile, about 20 riders. Hot, upper 90s without much
shade except the climb. I pulled at the front a little bit on the way out
coz' I knew I would not be able to do it later. We rolled around 23-24mph
until we hit the climb and of course I got dropped by the peleton. After

了。那我就追吧！
估计我的车是版上最DS的了。因为我的山地车是捡的-更准确的说，是人家捡剩的。停
在一堆单车中间，没有锁，没有气，停了小半年了…我忍不住，终于捡回来了。打上气
，还行!有刹车！但换档不行了。先骑了几次5km的距离，好像没问题。去店里买了自行
车油，头盔，居然花了30元！上上油，更好骑了，也可以换3，4个档了。那就上吧！跑
步时上了个310XT，戴上了。
这个车在市区骑还是很不错的，一会儿溜到马路，一会儿跳上人行道，过坑没问题，路
感强了点。手中震动剧烈。虚握，半蹲。人体前后悬挂减震好了。骑了4mile，出了市
区，公路边有一条自行车道。这下速度快起来了。平均速度估计16mile/h左右，放坡时
也能到20mile/h。对于DS的山地，很满足了。
Club说在一个grill bar那里见面，regroup。在公路上大约骑了9mile，到了一个很破
落的小镇。几乎没看见人，也没看见车。但一拐过去，豁然发现了这个grill bar。居

Each season, a team will play oppenents in own division twice, 4 games
against other teams in own conference, and 4 games again teams in a division
of the other conference.
Teams remians in one division year after year. It is rarely to regroup
divisions. Here are all the teams.

然在比赛第四节没能generate pressure,但是给了大曼和O无数机会 put the game
away,O就是没有deliver.
O的问题是pass blocking,当然harrison out也有影响,大曼需要更长时间找人.另外
play calling也有值得重新考虑的地方,应该多run一些.
Special team有两次break down,这是老问题,一直没有改观,看来不换教练是不行了.
总的来说,我有一种如释重负的感觉,这种over-hype的常规赛对fans真是一种折磨呀.
希望俺们受伤的队员赶紧康复,我们现在只领先泰坦一场,节瓜两场,需要regroup,lock
up playoff berth是最重要的.
至于裁判问题,俺们不是做了bitch还要立牌坊的人,三个penalty对我们有利,同时也不
要忘记了拍子oline的一堆holding没有被吹.
建议新拍子fan去重温一下拍子拿第一二个SB的比赛录像再来讨论裁判问题. |

on it in your game. To me, regardless of how good I score in a game, I still
get frustrated at a bad shot or putt I make. A good thing I've learned over
years is how to regroup myself in the game after a bad shot made or two.
