it's a variant of rheumatoid arthritis. About half of the patients respond to

About one-third of patients have recurrent episodes.

Dental or oral procedure certainly will cause bacteremia in all the cases.
But many of them are transient cleared by the body immuno ability.

in general, PR/ER negative means the tumor is less likely to respond to
hormone therapy(such as tamoxifen), whether this has any prognostic means is
under debate, for early stage breast cancer PR/ER negativity suggests of
less risk for recurrence, but over time the advantage decreases,
meanwhile, p53 and Her overexpression often means poor prognosis and more
likely hood to metastasize to liver and brain, that often has shorter
survival comparing to PR/ER positive tumors that like to go to soft

引用我的教材的几句话:
1. 耳膜穿孔:
In general, if a perforation causes a hearing loss, it will be a mild,
conductive hearing loss (正好是你的情况)。
Regardless of type, most perforation heal spontaneously. Those that do not

but it has nothing to do with interstitial pneumonia, that's totally two

For the mass in the lung, first thing to do is to check and compare with

The bottom line is that rash after viral infection is common, rash after
Tylenol or Ibuprofen is extremely rare (assuming your kid did not take other
medicine). Either way, if you leave it alone, it should recover by itself.

However, you should be careful about some red flags: rash extending to palm
or sole, change in the pattern of rash, skin shedding off, recurrent fever (
either low or high), and possibility of dehydration.

Yes. The surgeon can do their best to look for metastasis. But that does
not guarantee against recurrence.
The reason is the tumor constantly sheds cells into the body's circulation (
If I remember correctly, up to 100,000 cells for a 1cm x 1cm tumor). Most
of them are killed by the body's immune system, but a single one spared can
lead to metastasis.

I am glad that you are suspicious about the Ads in China. In modern
medicine, the contribution by Chinese doctors is really limited. The
so-called 保胆取石 is no exception.
They are talking about ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde
Cholangiopancreatography). It is not a Chinese invention, and it is not
the standard treatment for gallstone diseases here in US. You may
google it to find more information.
In deciding the best treatment, you have to weigh the risk of ERCP and

It sounds more like ligament and tendon injury, which may not need absolute

prevent recurrent over-extension injury while the joint is still weak. 卧床

Two things may require more attention.
1) if you start to develop fever, chill, back pain, it suggests infection is

No, C difficile can be cured if you use antibiotics long enough. The dilemma
is that antibiotics treatment is not without its risk and side effects,
especially in children. Doctor will not know which kid will unfortunately

antibiotics regimen, hoping your child will be cured after one course of
