receive in full,但是过个10天半个月，里面就开始丢东西，然后也不会出现在
inventory adjustment里面，因为receive status 改了， inventory reconciliation
也看不出来问题，然后就是丢了，运气好亚麻会找到一些，运气不好就打水漂了
而且10天半个月以后突然改，是不让reconcile的，估计也没法investigate
空手道了半年多，决定放弃，这年头不FBA不出货，FBA 就丢货
唉 |

发帖数: 2825 | 17 马总最近服务越来越差，现在missing shipment里的reconcile功能彻底废掉。就这样
明年还要涨fba fee。
丢货的解决方法无他，开case。
马总的想法应该是尽可能让你要钱费力一些，这样能少一个人要钱就可以多捞点。
这里要提醒大家注意的有两点。
第一是9个月追溯期。一定要在九个月内开case。特别要注意的是有些shipment一直不
close，也要及时开case，否则拖过九个月给你close你就倒霉了。此外九个月是从你
create label开始。
第二是只要少货的shipment就要开case。有时候马总弄错了，比如一个shipment里的货
放到了另外一个里面，然后你看一个shipment少了40个货，另一个多了50个货。如果你
认为你赚到了所以不开case就要中计了。因为多出去的货最后会在adjustment里给你减
去，少的货你不开case马总不会赔的。 |

发帖数: 2825 | 19 最近帮客户检查FBA的库存丢失问题，发现有很多基本的问题也许新人不清楚，这里简
单提一下。
首先，shipping queue是要经常检查的。Inbound shipment数量如果有问题，追讨期只
有9个月，所以一定要及时查，及时开case来reconcile。
第二，每个包裹最大赔款额度是$5000. 如果一次要寄的东西超过5K，分成几箱寄，不
要塞一箱里。否则弄丢了最多赔你5K。
第三，有时你经常会看到莫名其妙的refund，通常是整数。打开以后如果写着other
concession，这是amazon用你的钱给病人发红包，一定要及时要求reimbursement。
第四，如果你FBA量比较大，可以肯定地说amazon欠你钱。通常偷偷摸摸就把你货物
扣掉了，这个研究起来工作量很大，而且需要丰富的经验。如果自己搞不定可以找我帮
忙，具体见我二手版的帖子，目前我已经帮客户追讨回几万了。 |

发帖数: 2825 | 20 最近又帮几个客户从马总要回来几万块。发现一个问题是大家开case的时候没有养成写
好标题的习惯。比如missing inbound，一般是你从shipping queue里面reconcile，通
过这种方法会直接生成case，而且马总帮你标记好了shipment ID。有时候直接开case
的话建议一定要把shipment ID写好，这样以后查起来有没有赔钱，赔了多少，是不是
赔够了的时候你直接在case log的搜索框输入shipment ID搜索就能查到。 |

center以后9个月内如果你不要钱就会赖掉。
所以比如你寄到FC的货，马总给你拖9个月不给你close，然后9个月后给你close发现全
丢了，那它也就可以堂而皇之的不赔你钱。大家要小心了。

或者还有一种可能，就是你有另外一个这个SKU的shipment。然后那个是缺的。等你想
reconcile那个丢的时候，会把多的这个给你。
反正总结成一句话吧：FBA也许不会黑你的货，但是120%不会让你赚。 |

我就奇怪了，明明一开始收到的4个，居然还能改？然后我查了“inventory
adjustment” 里面也没有调整的记录。这两天看“received inventory” report里才
发现怎么回事。第一天确实收到4个，然后过了几天又收到-1了，所以收到的数目变成3
个了，还被fba指责我只寄了3个。在“daily inventory report”里也显示前几天4个
，后来莫名其妙变3了。重新联系了亚马逊，还是那套说法只收到了3个而且数了两遍。
大家“received inventory”里有没有类似的负数？有什么办法上诉么？搞不懂这样明
目张胆的偷货还怎么赚钱。 |

说，却是个很大的数目了。
情况比较复杂，大致如下：

房子的租期是今年6月1日到8月1日，短租的暑假，租金750每月，security deposit同
样的数目。与其他两名室友合租。
8月1日查房的时候房东发现她的granite counter top有一块变色了，很不高兴，想把
整块counter top换了，说要扣留我们的security deposit，会找公司报价之后再联系
我们。她说肯定是我们把烫的锅子直接放在台子上造成的。我们一直不承认。因为那一
块地方是放的调料，从来没有放过锅子。而且granite就是因为抗高温的特点，才卖的
比较贵的。
她说换变色的部分counter top不会太多，也就几百块。
我们当时就觉得，几百块对她来说不多，对我们来说太多了，就据理力争。
首先，变色的原因不明，如果是因为烫坏了，那就根本不是我们，如果是其他原因，倒

当时看了大家给的意见，又综合考量了一下，选择去做了corporate accountant. 但是
四大那边一直也拖着没拒，还要求再往deadline后延些时间回复是否接受offer (也有
点不好意思拒，因为面试的时候partner觉得我对PWC特别有passion, 说拒就拒会让人
觉得我精分). 潜意识里我还是想给自己留条后路,毕竟四大也曾经是我的dream firm.
