上手了泥。
也给你出出主意吧。
1、一定一定要很全面地、及时地向你的主管汇报现在的真实情况，不要让他认为这是
一件很容易的事，特别是你说的这种从来没做过调整的情况下，真的是很费时，而且还
不一定做得好。到时候做不好还要怪在你的头上。如果你的头是个懂会计的人的话，应
该知道这个难度。
2、从现在起拦一刀，从今天开始后的帐都要对平，这样至少保证错误不会再发生。
这些做好，再来看怎么对吧。
1、看一下帐户开启的日期，如果是在三年内开的话，我觉得对平的可能性还是很大的
。如果这个银行帐户开启很久了，那么这个难度又大了很多。
2、然后，然后就只能硬头皮开始对了。我只会用笨办法，一个月一个月对，一笔一笔
对，用些EXCEL里的小技巧这个不算啊。这里如果有高手能给出一个更高级的对的方法
，我也很愿意搬个小板凳来学习。
3、对到最后还是不平，还是建议向会计主管汇报，致于最后怎么处理听主管的。要么
就那么荡在那里。
貌似也没有给你什么技术上的意见。反正我就是认为这个不是你的责任，你做好了，是

每笔都是几百上千，这就是只有一年，也有将近一万笔交易啊！姑且不论银行明细能不
能导入excel，即使能导入，也不一定对的平呢。。。
所以我觉得，如果只差个几千甚至万把块，跟新老板说一下，他同意的话，就从新老板
接手开始那天切一刀。做个分录把账调平，后面的开始正常对账。
你国内那个案例，你后来有问那个会计，上一年只差了几万，现在十几万，那么在你手
上又出了好几万的差异，这些差异是什么么？ |

我觉得即使现在帐上和银行只差个几千也不要马上就调平掉，更何况这个差异也是正负
相抵后的金额。至少这些差异在帐上挂到年底吧。因为这个差异中应该还包含有正常的
未达帐项，等过段时间，等正常的未达帐项是到帐了，才能差不多看出这个烂帐倒底有
多大的问题。
国内那家公司问题挺多的，银行帐只是冰山一角。我都怀疑那个出纳有没有会计上岗证
，问了出纳，人家老拿我们这个帐从来对不平来唐塞我们。第一年就和他们财务主管反
映了这个情况，财务主管说他们知道这个情况，但第二年还是不平，也没有措施。审计
也不是警察，管理当局都不以为然，而且这个金额也不足以改变我们审计报告的意见类
型，最后只能在底稿中记一笔。 |

作。我也去过accountemp家，前段有帮我投了一个AR还没中，虽然他家的测试我都做不
错。其他staff accountant的要求工作经验2-3年，我觉得更没戏。我去年有去vita做
，但也只懂个人税皮毛。我打算再去读个MS accounting,然后申请实习，考CPA,找正式
工作。这样安排可行吗？主要是想通过上学走校园招聘，这样比较有机会找到entry
level的会计工作？还有一条路就是只考CPA,不上学，我有上过4门会计课，但读过的快
忘了。单靠考过CPA(难度对我来说还很大），有个MBA美国学历，中间gap很大，能找到
会计工作吗？我看到好多公司的会计要求是reconcile balance sheet accounts/
reconcile bank accounts,我感觉不会做啊，好没底气申请。而且现在招聘看到没经验

When I was watching Sorkin’s Newsroom, i loved its wit. But i didn’t
relate too strongly with the show, because i didn’t really think the US
media is as bad as Sorkin was trying to portray: jaded, sensationalism,
interested in the rating only, not interested in exposing the truth.
In real life, none of the media focus has been anything I can vouch for, so

language. Also because you did not observe how children learn to speak.
Adults are more tolerant toward the wrong orders of words uttered by kids,
and kids remember over time the most commonly accepted order of words.
Before you proselytize, I suggest you truly understand the "babble" itself.
