switched to LED because of its long life.
How many recessed lights are you going to put in family room and living room

我的原来是这样的,
电源线I--东墙开关--A 线经从东墙网上阁楼---西墙插座上插头,所以这个孔受开关控
制,动这里
同时电源线II--西墙插座下插头,所以这个孔不受开关控制,不动这里
方法是
天花板打四个洞
放四个recessed light的CAN1,2,3,4
CAN 1 == CAN 2 == CAN3 == CAN4连好,黑线接黑线,白线接白线
然后到阁楼,剪断A线, 黑线接黑线,白线接白线,到CAN 4
这样灯就完工了
但是西墙插座上孔没电了,你可以不理,或者买个新的插座,接上就是,利用电源线II供电
给上插头和下插头
如果是阁楼爬不进的,地方不够的,或者是12楼之间的,要买remodel recessed lighting
can,14刀一个,不然可以买new construction lighting can,7刀一个
只要你能找到那里剪断A线,就可以完成
如果有insulation,你要买insulation contact的lighting can

今天去看，发现带LED灯的trim, 每个最亮才620 lumens, 而一个普通节能灯都800
lumens了。现在都犹豫要不要用LED recessed light了？如用LED灯，我也担心6个可能
不够亮。9个安排如下： 平行短边： 每个离墙3', 灯间距3.5'. 平行短边： 每个离墙
4', 间距也是4’。 若6个，则几乎等间距4'.

发帖数: 1881 | 6 今天基本上完成了主卧，中间出了一点波折，不然只需要半天就够了。
花了大概一个小时的时间在房间里用stud finder找stud，并且不时上attic去看看对应
的障碍物，然后拟出几种方案给LD最后拍板。最后决定在Heating管道的内侧装4盏。具
体过程是用一枚长钉穿透ceiling，然后到顶上看误差，实际上在底下测量的点通常都
和预想的点是一样的。接着下来用hole saw锯圆孔，用recessed light housing校正。
这些实际上上午就完成了，下午就是波折的一下午。
由于这个房间之前并没有装灯，所以没法借用天上的线路，所幸有个receptacle
switch，所以可以借用这个开关盒，不用再在墙上开洞。原计划在顶上钻个洞，然后用
fishing tape钻进开关盒，结果在顶上对应的位置发现已经有一黑一白两根线走出来，
而且其中白的那根正好是通向receptacle switch控制的outlet，大喜过望，就把这条
白线切断，直接连上第一个灯。结果马上发现搞错了，因为虽然灯马上就亮了，但是不
能由开关控制，只有上去把那条白线重新接回去。（一直到最后都没搞清这个白线是干... 阅读全帖 |

2009年初的时候哪里有增长？但是庄家可以做出牛市来。拖到
2010年明确看出恢复增长了。现在也一样，哪里有recession呢？但是庄家还是可以做
出熊市来，希望拖到能够显示熊市的数据出来。不过遗憾的是各个企业没有股市这么灵
活，刚从recession中出来，没有一个冒险增加投入借贷像牛市一样扩张的。因此大多
很保守，稳扎稳打的阶段，ER estimate大都是增长的，大多可以beat。
