LED recessed lights. 我也不喜欢到处都是有yellow cast的2700K 灯。

不过都是edison base的,如果你申请permit,需要装GU24 base的。 |

1.costco 一磅装的牛肉馅一磅
2.sloppy joes sauce
3.Hamburger buns
做法:
1 平底锅内加点油,解冻了的牛肉馅下锅滑散炒至棕色。控去汁水。
2 锅内加一罐sloppy joes sauce,搅拌。我用的sauce很酸,有点淡。加了三勺糖,一
勺生抽酱油。 开锅后稍微搅拌后关火。
3 摊开汉堡,填入肉酱,即成sloppy Joes hamburger
好处
1 快,总共费时10分钟
2 好吃 酱香酸甜 宝吃了一个半加一碗半稀饭,吃到实在吃不下了,要求明天午饭还带

3 好嚼 小宝宝们也可以吃。
