题。我order的800 lumen的cree灯已到了，我想family room也许625lumen就够了。我
们家人受不了5000K的daylight光。我想kitchen装4"的偏daylight（3500K maybe )
LED recessed lights. 我也不喜欢到处都是有yellow cast的2700K 灯。
感谢sighfromsoul的信息和提供的链接, 现在homedepot还有卖625lumen的，更亮些。
不过都是edison base的，如果你申请permit,需要装GU24 base的。 |

材料：
1.costco 一磅装的牛肉馅一磅
2.sloppy joes sauce
3.Hamburger buns
做法：
1 平底锅内加点油，解冻了的牛肉馅下锅滑散炒至棕色。控去汁水。
2 锅内加一罐sloppy joes sauce，搅拌。我用的sauce很酸，有点淡。加了三勺糖，一
勺生抽酱油。 开锅后稍微搅拌后关火。
3 摊开汉堡，填入肉酱，即成sloppy Joes hamburger
好处
1 快，总共费时10分钟
2 好吃 酱香酸甜 宝吃了一个半加一碗半稀饭，吃到实在吃不下了，要求明天午饭还带
这个。
3 好嚼 小宝宝们也可以吃。
4 省钱 我问宝：那咱以后不用去麦当劳了吧？宝狠兴奋滴点了点头
