射与反散射问题的数学理论与计算方法》存在学术剽窃。笔者只找到包刚的项目
简介（见附件pdf），其中介绍了他在三个方面的贡献。其中第三部分，包刚写
道：“在纳米光学的研究中，…… 提出了高效自洽算法，被著名物理学家
Malomed高度评价。”
这是包刚的项目简介中，唯一一处提及被国际学者高度评价。笔者知道以色
列特拉维夫大学Boris Malomed教授，是非线性光学、非线性动力学、冷原子物
理等研究领域的国际领军人物。

但是笔者从未听说Malomed提及过包刚。于是发email给Malomed教授询问。
很快Malomed回信说，他压根不认识包刚，也没有评价过他的工作。Malomed教授

同样做计算数学的新加坡国立大学教授包维柱。

man, how much should I tell you so that you know the mounting issues America
faces today, now, is not rich tax too little, rather it's the stagnant
economy - so the government cannot collect enough tax to support its
spendings anymore. This has been apparent in state and municipal level.
the spending has grown so large, the meager over-tax that can be collected
by overhauling the tax code will be negligible. A fraction.

了，而且SciRep是open-access，能见度高。不过我觉得SciRep门槛有点低，官网上说
“Scientific Reports publishes original articles on the basis that they are
technically sound, and papers are peer reviewed on this criterion alone. The
importance of an article is determined by its readership after publication.”
感觉只要是technically sound的就能发。
SciRep主要优点是审稿快，但我们做的比较冷门，没什么被scooped的担心。所以我想
投Nano Letters，觉得对我以后毕业找工作帮助大点。想请教下各位faculty老师的意

所有的journal papers都能在verticalnews和highbeam上找到，基本上就是节选paper

computer weekly news. 放狗搜了一下发现这个属于computerweekly.com, wiki上的介
绍见后。这个能包装成媒体报道吗？
还有无数网站都转载了论文，比如zdnet, techrepublic等，这个能吹吗？还是大家的
论文都是这样的？
还找到一本电子书是ScholarlyEditions published的，有isbn号，也提到了我的一片
journal，不过内容和上面的网站报道几乎一样，也是节选。这个值得吹吗？
居然在amazon.com上找到一本书，作者是我自己。原来就是我的phd thesis。想起来有
出版商联系过问要不要把thesis出书，没当回事。结果就出了，还卖$70？我都不知道
，算不算掉了个馅饼阿。这个要不要吹阿？怎么包装好呢？谢谢
