配方来自《Professional Baking》第六版，分量为高12cm的7寸圆模一个量
混合果干浸泡液：葡萄干100G(raisin 50G+golden raisins 或sultana50G），混合糖
渍橙皮/柠檬皮100G，去皮杏仁50G，柠檬皮屑2.7G，橙皮屑2.7G，柠檬汁40G，橙汁40G
，朗姆酒13G，肉豆蔻粉1.2G
酵头：高筋面粉235G，水188G，即发干酵母11G
主面团：蛋黄80G，盐3.3G，白砂糖80G，奶粉9G，高筋面粉235G，黄油94G（室温软化）

柠檬和橙子搓洗干净后取柠檬皮和橙皮屑，我用小刀削的，削下来以后随意地切碎

我儿子当年一岁半上幼儿园，早上drop off也是哭，不过都是哭2分钟，我一走就不哭
了，他喜欢的老师在的时候哭的更短些，老师一般就是分散一下注意力，抱这跟他说话
，拿他喜欢的书看，truck玩，还有就是让他坐下吃早饭，后来老师发现他尤其喜欢
raisin，就专门留了很多小盒的raisin，他一拿到raisin就忘记哭了，要不你问问老师
看有啥东西能吸引她的注意力能让她有安全感，早上保持一个好的mood去上学，当是为
了让他早上高高兴兴去上学，我每天早上唱上学歌唱一路。
小声说，要不粗养，扔下就走，哭哭就好了//run
人面前比较大方的表现，觉得幼儿园去对了；但是看着她早上哭哭涕涕的样子，又觉得

有一件事是从头做到尾的，就定这么个目标吧。乱减肥了很多年，终于说服自己既然走
不了纤细路线那咱就走健美路线吧，体质练低点穿衣服应该也不差吧。订了个Bianchi
Impulso Dama 105，那么好看的race bike，我肿么也得练的有点型才能穿紧身裤上大
街不是？我看那街上骑racing bike的都跟体操运动员似的。于是我开始荔枝了。我开
始严格用myfitnesspal记录每天的食量，每天摄入量定在1200cal，我身高164，开始荔
枝体重127磅，目标体重110磅，不知道哪里测体脂，不然其实想订个减体脂的目标的。

不健康了，小东西完全不知道moderation为何物，需要适可而止。元宝的人生哲学就是
，我喜欢的东西，我就要一直要要要要要。换言之，元宝有一个上瘾性体质。
自打元宝懂事起，肚皮娘就在battle小人这样或者那样的addiction。 Raisin当snack
，够healthy够有营养吧，架不住小人从早到晚raisin不离口。Gummy bear那更是当糖
豆吃，一天到晚“要吃熊要吃熊”的哀叫声不绝于耳。就连fluoride supplement，都
让我们数次抓住小人偷偷的打开了那个号称是child proof的瓶子，正举着滴管往嘴里
灌，最后只好把它束之高阁。
至于真正的糖果，那简直就是小人的最爱。按理说家里是从来不买糖的，但是万圣节啦
小朋友的生日party啦总有些糖拿回来。跟肚皮这个讲理人好商量，糖罐子里面的糖一
天只许吃一颗，provided晚饭好好吃。跟元宝这个强盗完全没有道理可讲，人家可以晚
上两口all done然后跳下椅子就摆出狼嚎圆月的架势，大喊“阿姨我要糖”。

Circle time 先读了本书，cat in the hat oh my oh butterfly!
指着poster重复四个阶段：egg, caterpillar, chryslas, butterfly 小家伙们发音很
准确而且都记住了，very impressive.
坐下一人发一张四阶段的coloring sheet,涂色。
Snack time：娃早上烤的小菠萝味cupcake蛋糕，最小size, 每个上装饰一种形状的
pasta （Bowtie 作为蝴蝶，shell 作为茧，另一种是毛毛虫）；另外一起烤的cheese
raisin tortilla, 叠起切成小块，raisin当作虫卵。
效果还行，操作简单，皆大欢喜。
觉得家长还是要力所能及多参与这些班级活动，娃特别自豪。

ice wine 在vine上hang time 要很长，直到霜降，所以糖度高，都快成raisin 了，产

提起英式下午茶中大名鼎鼎English Scones（英式松饼或司康松饼），大概无人不知吧。Scone是一种用面粉、黄油、糖、鸡蛋等材料制成的，口感介乎于面包与蛋糕之间的西点，传统的形状以三角形和圆形居多。据说scone是由苏格兰皇室加冕的地方，一块有长久历史被称为Stone of Scone或Stone of Destiny的石头而来的。
Scone有多种口味：原味、果味、芝士味、巧克力味等。我平时比较常做的是提子芝士味的（Raisin Cheese Scones），因为LG喜欢这口。今天来试一个新口味，yoghourt+raisin的。
用料：2杯中筋面粉，100克黄油，1杯糖，1茶匙baking powder，1/4茶匙baking soda，2只鸡蛋，200毫升酸奶，30毫升鲜奶油。
1，面粉中加入发粉、糖、提子干
2，黄油切粒加入面粉中
3，让黄油粒被干面粉包裹着
4，酸奶、鸡蛋、鲜奶油调和成 |
