译的时候先用普通的编译，再把需要用valgrind检查的模块的目标文件删掉，再重新编
译，这样能让valgrind跳过不必检查的模块么？

10kDa to 3kDa) on the gel. I tried to wash my protein several times using
the amicon centrifugal filter at 10kDa cutoff, but I still see those
degraded protein bands on the gels. I also add proteinase inhibitor and also
do the purification on ice to prevent the degradation, but it does not help
. Does anyone know what is the best way to purify or get ride of these
degraded protein bands on the gel? thanks. |

1. 从根本方面说，是为了认识心本无心，not me, not mine, not us, not ours.
2. 但因为我们在迷惑时，已经认定了“心”是“我的”，所以也应该purify.
如果真的实现了1， 第二是自然就解决的的。（本来无心，何来purify? purify what
? )
但是如果仅仅有2，那还是不够究竟的。

Hi,
I tried a couple of transfections with the NgAgo plasmid from Addgene and
the 5'P oligo against GFP from the paper, but I did not see a dramatic
reduction in GFP+ as seen using Cas9 and a GFP sgRNA.
Anybody tried as well and came to the same (dead) end?

aprilaire media filter 和这个不是一个级别的。这个是真正的Air Purifier，就是
学妈和天骄经常提到的portable Air Purifier 和Pleated filter 疑似达到的MERV 级
别等等，不过这是装在中央管道上的，效率完全不一样，在filter的旁边还有一个类似
于等离子发生器的玩艺，对过敏啥的非常的有效。这台PGAP-1600cfm 的我有用过一段
时间。filter很贵，7，80刀一个，一年最好换两次。 |

友的房间, 你也可以用whole house air purifier, 外接在空调上的.
air purifier高端到低端有很多种, 相差挺大的. 比较好的牌子有IQ Air, Blue Air等
等.
还有比较简单便宜的办法就是更换AC filter cabinet, 可以安装media filter, 那个
过滤的比较干净, 当然和好的air purifier是不能比的, 但是效果可以叠加.
duct cleaning基本是不需要的.
我们家娃是哮喘高危人群, 现在还没有发作, 我们很担心她这个冬天会发作. 这些都是
从网上看来的预防哮喘的经验总结. |

上次版上有人说家里灰尘多， 问是否要请人来家里清洁暖气管呢？我们正好买了Groupon的一个deal， 所以就使用了上门清洁air duck的服务。
先说结论：吸尘的小伙子说了，如果duck里面的积灰看起来象一层地毯那么可怕， 那么你就要花这个钱去请人来吸了， 否则空气中90%的飞灰都是通过给furnace装高效的filter给排除了。高效（高密度） 的filter在HomeDepot有卖， 都标了号码， 号码越大越高效。
怎样操作的：貌似他用的吸尘器型号比家用的大很多， 力道却貌似大不了多少，开了吸尘机之后，用一根长长的管子塞进duck里头去吸一下就拔出来完事， 再换个vent， 重复上一次动作。 |

室的，和生活空间基本分开。
我对white birch严重过敏（门对面恰好就有2棵,正琢磨着什么时候趁夜黑风高去放
点对应的害虫之类的)。到了特定季节没别的办法，吃claritin。最近医生给推荐了
Cetirizine(Zyrtec)和Fexofenadine(Allegra)，目前还没试过。
建议你去做皮试，看看真正的过敏原是啥。
还有就是多放几个air purifier，因为它们都是有最大有效空间的。我现在用的是可以
处理50平米房间的，基本就相当于地下室的面积，可是阳光照进来的时候还是能看到空
气里飘着颇多细小的毛发。如果你的狗是家里跑来跑去的，一个普通的air purifier根
本不够。 |

prep, then depending on your subsequant application, you may want to dialyze
it using whatever buffer you used to purify it minus glutathione.
the storage question is trickier. if the purified protein is stabel, you can
certainly keep it in -80, but some of them are finicky. temperature shift may
cause aggregation and precipitation after freeze. my feeling is, in protein
manupilation, try to keep as little additives such |

是要再多做12mg要多花几周到几个月时间，他实在没办法给他老板做了，而且之前无数
次都是老板说做完这个就给你毕业...他做了，老板再说做完那个就给你毕业...这12mg
没有purified的很干净。
这是什么专业？ |

我们这里是曾经的工业区，美国的制造业走下坡路之后，很多工厂被废弃了，70年代的
时候有不少的污染，听我们这里的attending 讲，这里的白血病的发病率是个black
dot，比全国高几十倍的样子。他刚到这里的时候，第一件事情就是买
water purifier。 即使现在，我们这里的ICU的一个人还说要用某种特定的牌子的
water purifier，比我们常规用的要贵不少那种。。。我所在的城市不小，我住的是郊
区，曾经被评为最适于居住的小区，理论上水管中的水是直接可以拿来喝的。。
在思维发散说点别的。今天我在clinic问attending，问他trump上台后，药物的价格是
否真的有下降的空间。。。attending说在药物下降方面，总统可以做的非常有限，关
键是保险公司。是保险公司和药厂negotiate药价。比如lenalidomide，是治疗
multiple myeloma的一线药，常规用药，也用于很多indolent lymphoma and some
