地方政府是一面倒地偏向工厂主资本家.以前如有劳资纠纷,基本上都是劳方认亏出局.
一来劳方没有这个精力跟资方去耗,二来资方跟地方政府基本上都是有一定关系,至少能
混个脸熟.我以前一个供应商曾经送给当地政府劳动站站长一套房的.就算劳方千辛万苦
打赢了官司,最后资方来个不理不睬不执行,劳方也只能干瞪眼.
还有就是地方政府对外来劳工其实就是个利用的态度.所有的福利基本上都没外来劳工
的份.深圳去年破天荒给非本地户籍深圳劳工发了电话费一百元(原因是深圳特区成立三
十周年),这是史无前例的事.而对于外来劳工的子女入学等问题,则几十年来基本上就是
原地踏步.
