时就够了？我们医院是2天，共10小时，理论考试加实际操作，每个team 5人，每人都
要轮流做team leader, 考试时老师不说一句话，只是将不同的心电图显示给你，看你
是如何和整个team member 配合，你如果错了也无妨，如果你的member对你的指示有疑
问也无妨没，因为这就是team paly.在这个过程中看你和大家的交流，看你给的指示是
否清晰，及对下一步的预见性，大家都明确知道自己在干什么，非常非常的有互动。
这比仅仅考笔试有趣，因为在现实生活中，你会乱了阵脚了，但是这是一次绝好的联系
，就算没有机会真正用，也是一次锻炼。心电图不断变化着，pulse,和pulseless,交替
着，你要非常清楚你该干什么，你要给什么药，什么时候check pulse, 什么时候不要
间断chest compression, 真的，上课时就是这样反复在考虑，思路也就是这样一次又
一次的开始清晰。

时候被意外拽了一下，开始出血。我接管的时候，出血越见严重。这些只是表面症状。
几小时后病人出现呼吸加快，但血氧还正常，没有用氧气。MAP 没有明显降低。 报告
护士胸口疼痛，有压力，一半常见在开胸手术后几天。 半夜，LVAD 度数异常， flow
正常，但是pulse index 开始下降。 和一个老护士讨论， 怀疑是cardiac tamponade.
病人原计划转stepdown in couple days， PA 和 IJ 都已remove， 只有PICC。 我建
议NP和MD 胸片， PICC CVP （for reference only）和ABG。结果CVP升高，lactate升
高，尿量极具降低，肾功能急剧下降，胸片显示巨大的心脏轮廓的尺寸（baseline，

source, use BBO serve as the OPA nonlinear crystal. Single pulse has a
100ps pulse width.
The 355nm pump laser should has a 15% fluatation as our technichian said.
But how to measure the fluatation of the YAG laser and the OPA? Normally
what kind of powermeter should I use, and how long should I take the average
?
And for the non-uniformity, how to find the cause of the pheonormena? |

I would suggest you use a pulse energy meter (I am using one from Laser
Probe),
which can give you the average, standard variation, etc., of your pulse
energy. Those are useful information for OPA alignment.
Spatial non-uniformity is mostly due to miss-alignment. I would suggest
you first check your white super-continuum, it should be a co-centered
ring with different colors - and in most case you won't get that (I never
get that), but you should do the bes |

基本就是说，对于连续光（continuous wave），显然每个频率对应一个模式，频率是
连续的。我记得，好像说每个模式对应一个产生算符。不同模式的光子是可以区分的。
但是，对于pulse，有限的时间长度决定了必然有一定的频率不确定性。在这种情况下
，如何定义光的模式呢？一个脉冲有没有可能是单模的？
直观上讲，我觉得transform-limited pulse应该就是单模的，但是我无法严格的论证
我的观点。
那个老师后来提示我，让我考虑模式算符（我觉得应该就是对于某个模式的产生算符）
的対易关系。我听了立刻崩溃，直接说我不懂。。。

打击快不行了,一下子放弃了光子晶体理论模拟这个方向,改去攻实验方向,努力用laser
micromachining 来实现.呵呵.

凤凰网科技讯 1月24日消息，在华为终端2010年业绩被全面曝光的同时，内部人士透露
，其中的手机业务2010年在全球发货量增长超过30%，销售收入则为54%的高速增长。另
外，在智能手机领域，华为在Android操作系统智能手机上的发货量已经稳居全球前五
名。
华为手机销售收入去年同比增长54%
据华为公司统计的数据显示，2010年华为终端发货量达1.2亿台，全球销售收入突破45
亿美元，发货量同比增长均超过30%。
根据华为内部的资料显示，其2010年手机已占华为终端2010年全球总发货量的三分之一
，2010年在全球发货量增长超过30%，销售收入则为54%的高速增长。
