）：
她的情况终于好转了，我心里舒了一口气，终于又可以在一起“一起”开心了。之前常
常是我一个人独自开心，她怎么样也都不开心的。
现在她的情况终于极大的改善了，她 告诉我好消息的时候，我开心极了。
可是呢，经过这一劫后，我觉得她好像怎么样都不开心了。我说，你们要庆祝一下，把
你这几个月忍受的委屈安抚一下。她说，我不习惯庆祝也。
然后呢，我觉得她仍然是小心谨慎，一点也不纵容自己开心。换言之，她的情绪状态仍
然没有回复到之前的状态。
我有点困惑，这是成年人的“淡定”？还是，失去了快乐的能力？
希望时间再久一点，可以抚平她所承受的一切不开心的伤痛。
我是应该一路庆祝开开心心的走过？还是步步为艰/小心谨慎/忧虑的走过？
忧虑到底好不好？
生于忧患，死于安乐。到底对不对？
乐极生悲，是不是这样子的呢？
每当我欢快的时候，我心里有个声音说：这是不成熟不负责的表现，为老不尊！
但是，无论如何，我不打算忧虑的度过这一生，太不值得了，及时行乐才是我的宏伟抱

而且，我的empathy（备注一）的能量比较强（贬义），常常能自动的和对方保持在一
个能量场级别中/resonate with each other emotionally，于是对方陷入低迷的能量
场时，我也会Jump with her，自己的能量场也会陷入低迷，最后，把自己的情绪弄得
很糟，甚至陷进去拔不出来了。（认识问题是解决问题的重要前提，好在我已经认识到
了这一点，所以呢，就会有解决的希望）
因为我的empathy的能量强，所以，我会常常有意识的接触一些很“阳光”的人。这样
我的能量场也跟他们一样阳光了。
我不知道怎样提高安慰人的能力。还是我太“我慢我执”，自己是小蝼蚁一只，自顾不
暇，还以为自己真的是可以改变/帮助到别人，可以给别人带来正能量/快乐啥的。
Jesus能帮助苦难中的人，是因为他是神。观音能帮助苦难中的人，是因为她有千手千
臂。我呢，我啥也不失，啥也没有，自己还有N多纠结。
可是，我仍然希望可以提高安慰人的能力。这不是什么错或者邪恶的想法吧？我就是喜
欢。不是为了什么。

发帖数: 118 | 11 今年参与了公司的recruitment process, 知道了大致的流程。就如楼上Prudent所说，
一般面试完第二天内部就召开review meeting，综合所有人的意见，然后一般第三天就
会有决定。决定分三档，给，拒和pending，pending的都是因为给了offer的人里有无
法立刻决定接不接受的。你的情况应该就是pending了，公司觉得你有一定实力，但有
其他人比你更适合（或起码面试时让公司觉得更适合）。
不过据我所知，Towers不会默拒，所以没来电话就还有希望。Good Luck. |

go back after 2-3 years of practice in the U.S. I think that's a prudent
decision and I personally will probably follow the same path.

quite urgently.
觉得这个病人首先的differential dx应该是symptomatic carotid sternosis which
is extactly what carotid endarteractomy is for， 其次，再怎么铁血， 沸腾，
药物治疗都没有手术那么definitive的, a symptomatic may not have time to wait
for medical treatment to take effect。 再三， i think it's ok to talk
inbetween ourselves with liberal choice of words, but be prudent when
talking to people coming here asking question about a patient.

照片的同时也不要忘了不要打扰鸟类和破坏自然环境。如果是同别人一起出去看或者是

发帖数: 725 | 41 再次感谢茶馆各位，今天跟对方保险公司交涉，他们下午回复说同意责任全部在他们那一方。能这么快有一个满意的结果有点出乎我们意料，能这么快有一个满意的结果有点出乎我们意料，因为出事的当天下午，对方保险公司给我们打电话问询了一下情况以后还声称可能不会赔偿。我认为很大程度上得力于我们准备的一份statement。我想贴在这儿，以后如果碰到类似的事情也许对大家有启发。
