我们在三个州呆过，对目前德州的GT比较了解，对其他两个州的情况不太了解了，只谈
谈印象吧。
首先申明，这个GT，不是全州统一的，相邻两个镇，不同学区，GT情况就很不一样。只凭经验和印象来谈谈。
先说NH。低年级没有GT program。我们当时所在学校，如果老师觉得孩子某科超前，可以安排跟高年级上那门课。
再说MA.我们在的学区，低年级也是没有GT的。但是学校的教学质量比起在NH时整体好了不止一个档次。对孩子阅读写作以及整体素质的培养都很全面。但是家庭作业真的不多，很多都在课堂完成了。回家就是多读书。
TX从kindergarten就有GT。有的学区小学没有专门的GT班，只是GT的孩子某天或者某堂课单独上课，多做project，但是普通班上的作业也得做。我们所在的学区有单独的GT班，一般一个年级能上GT的孩子不到8% （就好学区而言）。至于教学质量，真跟当年负责该班的老师很有关系。我们就碰到过教的东西深度以及严格程度远远不如其他班老师的GT老师。不过从内容而言，我们真不觉得小学的GT有多重要。跟其他家长交流的结果，一致认... 阅读全帖 |

请问一般conference在组织的时候，reviewer完全由program committee里的人自己
找，还是conference有一些集中的名单，还是两者兼具？
