解释一下解题的思路
目标：使用ID做为group by用min/max处理begin/end
第一步：要把不同行的begin/end放到同一行，这样便于比较start/end. Beijing和其
他的同学提到lag,不幸的是我这里木的用，所以用row_number()给数据按照startdate
排序做left join seq = seq+1
