对于很多医生而言，写论文是一件非常“阳春白雪”的事情，需要长期的摸索体会，提
炼出可能的真知灼见。然后还要酝酿笔墨，几年或者几十年，写出一篇呕心之作，已然
非常不易了。
但如果将之视为所有医生的感受，那就太不懂医生了，因为现如今，披着“论文等身”
光环的医生，并不是什么稀罕的存在。

成论文。但还有不少论文高产的医生，其源源不断的论文，不过是源于他们作假的技巧。
这早就成为“潜共识”，扎根于很多人的脑海中。
但是，这只能是“潜共识”，就如同面对那件皇帝身上骗人的新装一样，没有人愿意充

and you can also lose money in mutual fund. I didn't say to hold on to 100%
cash. In theory, you should have about 5-20% in your profolio anyway, and
when you are near retirement that potion will increase. As what to invest,
that for you to decide. I shorted stocks before the fall of 2008. These
days I put my money in real estate.

split the deposit and mail to each of you. The manager obviously is biased.
If you don't receive your half from your roommate, you should complain to
this manager's superior of never receiving your deposit and she should never
sent your potion of the deposit to your roommate in the first place knowing
you two had conflicts in the past.
You sounds like a nice person. My other suggestion would be for $150 maybe

rational. People are most productive if they thought they were
working for themselves while in fact they only keep a very small

do it. Unfortunately, there is one problem in the convertion process. You
can't just setup a new IRA (after tax) and convert it to Roth tax free. You
HAVE to convert proportionally from all your retirement account. For most
people already have 401k and a lot of money in it, it means that whatever
amount you want to convert, a large potion would come out of your 401k

realized its value. When it gets lower, I'm going to invest more. Gold and

你阅读理解买的啥书可以share吗。我们去年就用了RAZKID， 小朋友基本上读一遍能80
-100%。虽然有个别题ABCD选一遍不GET IT.不过我对选择题有偏见，觉得是偷懒的测试
方式。如果问问题让孩子思考自己form answer or opinion, 应该更好吧。而且顺便培
养点creative thinking. |

looking at place where
1) there are huge foreclosure wave, best if large potion is "strategy"
foreclosure (people can pay the mortgage, but because the value of the
property is so underwater, they just walk away and rent)
2) population of the area is stable or increase
Some places to consider: central valley cities, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas,
NV; Orlando, FL
Some place will never be considered: Detroit, MI. :( |
