Most important of all, O8Mcare is not affordable for the whole country.
Small business can't afford it and it will eventually collapse the whole

Someone already figured out the best way (money saving) when it's in action:
don't buy any insurance and pay the fine each year (very small amount),
only buy insurance when they need major medical attention (no pre-existing

有2%用在管理上。私立保险公司效率低，只把保险收入的75-78%用在医药支出上，管理
费用超过20%，光是私立公司的CEO工资奖金收入就几千万了，而政府机构没有人会拿几
千万。
注意，以上数据是两党公认的。obamacare其实以前就是共和党提出的，关键原因在于
政府成本低。不过Obama提出后，共和党作为反对党，当然要反对。
共和党想把保险私有化最大原因其实是用纳税人钱给私立保险公司，然后私立保险公司
给共和党donation。当年小BUSH搞的Medicare Prescription D就是这样搞的，政府把

out of network，或者PPO，一般医生PPO/HMO，只有那种最差的医生，其他病人找不到

obamacare是一个正确的方向，但是现在通过的这个法律我真的很担心，属于饮鸠止渴
